Still providing excellent service at new location. New location is easier access. Same great prices with personal touch.

Rojeh is the best! I can email him a file and tell him I'll be there in 5 minutes and it'll be ready and waiting for me, even if it's 10 minutes to closing. He's always multi-tasking and does a great job if it, I've never felt neglected if there are a ton of people there. Great customer service. The copies are top notch too!!! read more

I understand the 5 stars. Well deserved. I called a month ago and knew this was good service at an amazing price. Almost embarrassing. I felt like leaving a tip. I could distinguished the customers that were regulars and initially the newbies. FedEx was going to be 10 times what I paid. Oh, by the time the newbies were ready to leave, you when they would be regulars. This man understands the simple idea of customer service. It's no wonder why he has been there almost 10 years. Rojeh is a rockstar. He did an amazing job with my business cards, gave me an incredible price, and they were done in just a couple days. Rojeh was accommodating and helpful, very attentive to what I wanted and paid much attention to detail. He was also very friendly and gave great customer service. I went to this place based on its excellent Yelp ratings and reviews and was certainly not disappointed. This place definitely lives up to its reputation, and I'm going to recommend A-Express Copy to all of my friends. Thanks again, Rojeh!!!!! read more

Reliable, fast, good quality and friendly. Has always come thru for all my printing needs

This place is a writer's best friend. Excellent customer service and artist-friendly rates. The only place I go for printing.

I needed to print up a batch of JPG photos I had on a junk drive just on regular paper and first called for pricing, which they said was like 32¢ ea. for color copies (better than Color Images, which I've used for higher end jobs--they charge 50¢ each). I came right over, they helped me right away, were super friendly, asked if I wanted to double-up images on a page to save money (erum, yeah!) and had the job done in less than five minutes! And they're in the Albertson's strip mall so lots of parking. Great experience! read more

Quick, easy to work with, friendly, and very affordable! Thanks A-Express Copy!

Had a wonderful experience here. My job was very easy, just needed to print a few pages. The staff was very friendly, gave me a variety of paper to choose from and when he accidentally printed two copies on the wrong paper he gave them for me to keep just in case I need an extra. I'll definitely be back for all my printing needs! read more

I love this place. This is a model for how a small business should be run. The customer service is top notch. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. read more

My family and I have been coming in here for years now for printing, packaging, ect. What keeps us coming back is that Rojeh is such a genuine, kind, and hardworking person who truly cares about all his customers! read more

Simply best customer service in town! The owner is very responsive and the product quality is even better that other bigger printing locations! I always get the best price here even tho I constantly checking the prices before placing an order. The fact that they are open on Saturday is another amazing thing about this business. Thanks a lot! read more

Amazing place! Fast and affordable. After doing a lot of research I found that he offers the most affordable prices in the Burbank area. I definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. He is fast and does an excellent job. Doesn't waste time...doesn't play games. Parking is easy and finding the location was easy as well. read more

I needed to get 500 invoices for my auto detailing business. I emailed the excel file and although I had not converted it to pdf file, Rojeh converted it for me and proofed it at no charge. All the other shops I called quoted me almost double what I paid here. I am very pleased with the final product and even more happy because I got it at such a reasonable price. They've earned my business. Best price, fast service, quality products what more can I say, highly recommended!! read more

I recently discovered this gem right next to smart n final as I need to constantly print random items. The owner is extremely courteous, attentive, and informative especially when the document isn't formatted correctly. So many other places lack great customer service, the owner here is so refreshing and pleasant and his prices are better than printing at the library with one on one help. Highly recommend going here! read more

Amazing Services. They really helped me out when my printer broke down. I just need one copy of a script and they saved my day and were very cheap. I called and told them the situation and the employee had me email the script and he had it all ready for me by the time I made it to the store. Excellent! I will be a customer for life read more

I found A-EXPRESS COPY because of the location, but now there's a closer place, and I STILL go to here because of the friendly service, professionalism, speed, and attention to detail! For shipping, he always compares USPS and UPS so that I can get the most bang for my buck, emails me tracking, plus he stocks everything I need to ship my packages - all sizes of boxes and envelopes. For printing, I ordered business cards from him one morning and got them the very next day! It was incredible! I so appreciate Rojeh's help on both my personal shipping needs and business printing needs! I'll NEVER go to the Post office again!!! read more

Few places have five stars and this one absolutely deserves it the owner rojeh has been doing it since he is 17 and he does it with the best smile customer service speed enthusiasm and passion I think I've ever seen in a business I wish I could give this guy 1 million bucks to do something he really wants to do. go support him. If all businesses in this country had workers like him and ran like his does we would be the quality super country we once were way ahead of all others read more

This was my first visit here and I must say, the reviews don't lie! This is a full service copy and mailing business and the employee/owner is amazing! He was working alone and extremely busy, but made sure to acknowledge everyone when they came in and really went out of his way to make you feel like a valued customer. He was calling many people by their first name which only tells me he has very loyal customers because of the amazing service they receive. I only did a small print job here today, but the price was much lower than what I had paid at comparable businesses. Since I work nearby, I will definitely be back for any printing needs - highly recommended! read more

This is a small shop, so if you find Kinko's to be a hassle and you want copies made of newspaper articles, and small print jobs such as menus, business cards, or postcards, this is a great place to go. They are open Saturdays and if you need business cards cheap and fast for your acting, modeling, dog walking or whatever career this guy did 500 B&W cards for like $32.00 and he did up a proof for me in 15 minutes. Plus you can run your errands while he does this because you're right by Albertson's, CVS, and several places to eat or Starbucks. read more

Great place! I've had nothing but good experiences here. I just email my print job to them and they have it waiting for me when I come in. Quick and easy! read more

A-Express Copy is fantastic! Friendly professional service, incredibly low prices with super fast turn-around, and all the copies were neatly collated and packed up nicely in a sturdy cardboard box for transport - plus they loaded them in my car for me AND they use high quality recycled paper! My son's third grade class has the California STAR testing coming up, so I downloaded a set of practice questions for teachers to use for review. The questions were 70 pages long X 100 third graders, and everyone is feeling the budget crunch, so I needed the best price I could get. After hearing that the job was for kids at a local public school, A-Express quoted me a price that was at least 50% less than anyone else, and like I said above, did the work overnight, called me to let me know my order was ready and carried it out to my car, neatly collated and boxed. I choose A-Express after reading their great reviews on YELP, and the reviewers were not exaggerating - they are truly the best! read more

This place is reasonably priced and helpful. It s my local go to place for copying, mailing, etc. The owner is very nice and trustworthy.

Every single time I've come here, without fail, Rojeh greets me with a smile and is always happy to help.
