He was patient with our barking dogs as well and let them sniff him. He installed blinds on 4 windows fairly quickly. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He noticed there was an issue with one of the rods on one of the blinds and said he already ordered the replacement and will install it as soon as it's in. I made some preliminary decisions and soon received a clear and itemized quote after a Hometime contactor came out to verify measurements. I took time to weigh my choice, call Kaleb and amend the order slightly, then placed my order in February. I appreciated the "no pressure" approach, yet confident guidance. As of yesterday and before the end of March, our door has been expertly installed by Rob (Robert) who showed up on time and worked efficiently. He reviewed our order, explained the installation process and was extremely detail oriented from beginning to end. He's personable and definitely an expert in his craft! He got right to the removal of the old frame & door and was methodical in his approach to framing out the new one. Hanging a door correctly with all the new hardware and a keyless entry unit is an art and each step was done with care and expertise.
