This was my first time trying this groomer. I was impressed from the moment I stepped foot in this place. It's extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. They took notes on what I wanted Toby's haircut to look like. And bot did they did deliver!! He has never looked so pretty. Even his feet are trimmed perfectly. Very dissatisfied with this place right by my house so I wanted convenience but when they called me an hour later to tell me my big dog was ready I knew that he did not get the treatment that I paid for!!!!! I took my golden doodle here last week and they did an exceptional job! He was pretty badly matted and had a leg injury. They shaved him down and said he was a really good boy! This place is great!!!! I mistakenly called a different groomer but I really wanted my dog to come here as I heard they are great with anxious dogs. The manager came out and spoke with me and even though they don't take appointments at the time I came on that day, they still took him! When we picked him up they even gave us an overview of how he did. He looks great! They did exactly what I asked for and even corrected me about the type of grooming he needed which I was grateful for the advice. I will absolutely be bringing my dog back here as they really put him at ease. We have been taking our 3 fur babies here since we moved out here from Iowa. We have tried a few other places but always end up going back. I really like the location being that it is so close to my home. The prices are about the same as anywhere else that we have gone out here in AZ. They really do their best at getting the dogs done quickly. The only reason why we stepped back from going there for a bit was because it seemed like there was a lot of turnover and the consistency of the grooming just wasn't there. We would always have to have them fix something when we picked the dogs up. The last few times have been great though. Being that we travel back to Iowa often and my cousin owns a grooming place back there we have been taking dogs in to her when we visit. But we definitely will be retuning here when dogs need groomed. read more

I took my dog in and they shaved his butt bald, which was unnecessary to begin with, but then made no attempt to fade in/blend the rest of the hair. He looks absolutely ridiculous, since he is a long-haired dog. He was matted, since he was long overdue from COVID and playing in the baby pool; but they could have easily used a 4 or 5 blade, and then blended, so that he didn't look so absurd . read more

My husband and I had to find a different place besides petsmart to get our dog a bath. We bathe her frequently on our own, but will still do a professional bath every couple months to help with her coat as she is a golden doodle and mats very easily. I have driven by a dog refined so many times, and finally decided to try it. Nala had a great bath and is still smelling clean after a week! She was happy going in and coming out.
