Nothing was prepared for cocktails, no lemons, limes, strawberries, or fresh mint. No beer or white wine was placed on ice, despite me purchasing the ice and coolers specifically for that purpose. When I arrived at 6:50 PM, the beer and white wine were still warm in boxes. Despite the company claiming staff arrived on time, the venue staff and event witnesses observed otherwise. The experience was so disorganized that this company is no longer allowed to work at this venue.

Starting from arrangi the center to the end of the event, she was bugging everyone micromanaging, talking arrogant and rude words. Yet, a few days after the party, I got an email from Tracy claiming that she never charged a deposit for us so no refund owed and has ignored me since. Read contract below for yourself, it clearly states that the amount she charged me included the security deposit and admits in text that the venue was left in great shape. Even still, is weaseling out of paying the security deposit back as many other clients complain about in other reviews. She will find any reason to not give you back the $250 so do not believe her or her contract! She will make you take her to Small Claims Court to get your money back.

From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Nicole has incredible creativity, a beautiful way of designing for the uniqueness of her couples, great experience, a terrific local network, and is very direct about what to expect throughout the process. She was able to spot that we had been off with our initial estimate on overall costs, then broke everything down with tons of direct talk about where expenses would be generated, where we could save, and where we wouldn't want to save. In the end, her initial estimate was almost exactly what we ended up paying. Once we started working with her, she was brilliant about making a balance between taking the initiative and asking us for guidance. We always had trust in who she connected us with (she works with a network of total pros), and she made the entire process completely transparent, so we could keep an eye on what we needed to do, but also see what we didn't need to worry about. This was the only way that working together from a distance, and only meeting a couple of times in person was possible. Our wedding was on a family member's property, and Nicole was very skilled at pushing through our agreed vision for the wedding, but without ever stepping on any toes - she's a skilled diplomat. Regarding the wedding design, we we bringing together several cultures in the wedding - Hawaiian, Russian, German, and Coloradan. She was able to blend all of these into a seamless whole that totally reflected our identities in ways tasteful, fun, and surprising. All of our guests and families felt this terrific combination of style and identity that Nicole was able to orchestrate. On the day, she was absolutely a dream to work with. Attentive and in control, but without being overbearing, she was on top of every transition and important moment, but never taking the limelight. She's a true professional's professional.
