Mountain Crust is an up and coming venue that has a funky cute decor, yet the elegance needed for special occasions. From the moment you arrive, it's evident that this place is not just about serving delicious wood-fired pizzas; it's about creating memorable experiences. The standout feature of Mountain Crust is undoubtedly its spacious outdoor area, where vibrant flowers bloom, providing a picturesque setting for guests to mingle and enjoy the fresh air. Whether you're savoring a slice of their expertly crafted pizza or sipping a cocktail, the ambiance is enchanting. The blend of natural beauty and the cozy atmosphere creates an inviting space that feels both relaxed and celebratory. With two bars, one upstairs and one downstairs, Mountain Crust ensures that guests have access to drinks without having to wait or walk to the opposite side of the venue. The rooftop patio, in particular, is a hidden gem ideal for watching sunsets or relaxing under the stars. Inside, the venue has a small but adequately designed indoor area that serves as a fantastic dance floor, perfect for weddings or any event that requires you to bust a move. The space maintains a warm and intimate vibe. It's clear that Mountain Crust has mastered the art of providing a versatile setting for various occasions. My favorite staff member was Mika, the dog. She was a very good helper when everyone was setting up. I had a great time at my cousins wedding. Thanks Mountain Crust! read more

A buddy of mine had his wedding reception here, and I must say, what a great option! With the price of everything out of control, he found a spot that could affordably accommodate a bunch of friends and family with good eats and stunning views! It is definitely a unique space, so look before you go all in, but in my book it was wonderful. There is an upstairs full-service bar, so if your budget is guests buy their drinks, all good. Downstairs is a good-sized indoor reception type area. My pal filled it later with dancing and karaoke. I found MCEV to be highly enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone looking to host anything from a wedding reception to a family reunion to a wake. Really. read more

My wife and I got married on June 21, 2024 and decided to have our reception here. It was beyond our expectations! The staff and service were outstanding. They were friendly, fun, excited, and also so efficient in their work. The pizza came out so fast once they started cooking and everyone got fed. We had about 130 people total and Mountain Crust handled the group with ease. The pizza itself was amazing, not just good, it was amazing. Dream wedding food! We decided to have Sweet Cow ice cream truck do our dessert and they were able to pull right up to the curb of Mountain Crust it was awesome. All that to say, they have quite a system! The white lights in the trees completed the romantic summer night ambience. Thanks for making it a day we will never forget! read more

I was invited to a surprise birthday party for my friend of 40 years. It's located near Hampden, on S. Lowell and has plenty of parking. The event center offers both indoor and outdoor accommodations as well as a decent bar on the upper level. There's an adjacent deck offering a great view of the front range and sunsets. The event planner, Taylor Jorgensen, did an incredible job! My friend's daughter Anna performed with her group: The Sons of Steinway. Not only did I have a great time, I'm thinking about having my 70th birthday party here. read more

The inside space is modern and beautiful, perfect for weddings, family reunions, or birthday parties. They also have a huge outdoor space that is just as impressive as the inside. We went to a cast party there a couple of weeks ago, and it was great! I love that there are several different areas to hang out, whether in the main room downstairs, the bar and deck upstairs (with an incredible mountain view) or the outdoor area. They are under new management, and had just opened the day we had our party, and they rocked it! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Everyone had a great time! read more

we we're at a friends engagement party here. it's the best venue I've ever been to. the workers are so much fun and care about everyone.

This place is top notch from the grounds to the staff. We had a celebration of life event here and David and staff nailed it. David was super helpful. Number of people was constantly changing and he rolled along with it like a pro. Even taking care of renting more tables and chairs. We showed up after the service and everything was setup. The building is brand spanking new with great views of the mountains and very spacious. Great tap room with a great selection of beer, and great patio decks. Very reasonable pricing. Would recommend highly to anyone. read more

Great venue for my fathers celebration of life. Scooter was very accommodating, responsive and kind. My family loved the space inside and out. Thank you for such a memorable celebration to honor my father! read more

We scheduled a Celebration of Life reception following my father's funeral. David and his staff were extremely helpful. This was during the time when the COVID rules and restrictions were changing daily. We were afraid that we would end up cancelling or rescheduling. David kept in constant contact and even made calls to Ft. Logan and the funeral home to be sure that we had to right information. On the day, everything was set up as arranged. The tables were set out as we had asked and they were able to play a collection of photos from Dad's life. They had the bar upstairs open for anyone who wanted beer over tea and coffee. The way things went at NorthGate made a very tough day a little easier. read more
