Their customer service person called 3 days before the wedding (all payments had been made) to inquire if this event was still taking place. Yes of course it is-you certainly took our money. Total lack of communication between the owners, the customer service person and us the wedding party. Day of the wedding...The bartender showed up 53 minutes late-we were lined up to go down the aisle. The company said they had geo-located her being at the venue. She was not. I texted back & forth with them and although the bartender was not there they continued to say she was. Sent pictures of the empty bar. She was seemingly drunk, totally unorganized when she finally walked in and was already running behind before the guests came into the reception from the wedding. She could not seem to make a drink in a timely fashion to save her life. She asked my son's friends to cover the bar while she went to restroom then we see her outside vaping and eating a sandwich. We fired her and my son's friends had to bartend the rest of the night. She was there 2 hours tops and we were only refunded $128 out of the $2,100 we paid. Run do not walk away from this business. If I had even lower stars and 1 I would give them that. TERRIBLE.

Each girl tried several on and had tons of fun picking accessories and having a little princess makeup and tiaras, of course. Good Ol'Fashioned Party created a stunning wedding reception for a gorgeous June backyard wedding. The decor was crafted to be meaningful for the families and their guests. But more importantly, they understood the couple and who they were was reflected throughout the event. They even used the front yard space and driveway to make a beautiful sit down area with low benches and pillows with lace wrapping around the yard to make for an intimate and private event. The way they transformed the space was magical and I'll never forget this wedding. I reached out to multiple companies and Lorena was the only one who replied promptly and was willing to work with me to understand my vision. After talking with her, I knew she cared about my event and would do an amazing job - she's been doing this a long time and is passionate about her craft! After our initial call, she even texted me so I could send her some pictures and she could confirm the colors I wanted and the way I wanted it to look (mixed colors instead of colorblock). About a week before the event, she reached out again to confirm time and date, and let me know the information for the day of contact. On the day of the event, the balloon artist showed up on time, was very professional, and had the garland up and ready quickly. The garland came out beautiful, and my friend plus all the guests loved it! Everyone took pictures in front of it and commented on how awesome it was! Thanks, Lorena, for making my event a success!

Well that is what happened to my daughters good friend. Now I swoop in because I've decided that this adorable little boy needs to have a birthday & presents from us so I went online & found a present that I had shipped to him that he got in 1 day (though it said 2 days so I was happy. And y'all can guess which company it was.). But wait, that's not all! I decided that it's not a birthday unless you have balloons so that's when I used my handy dandy Yelp app & started searching for either a florists that also did balloons or just a balloon business in or near Thornton. Everything showed closed due to Covid but then Balloons Elite popped up so I gave them a call. Lorena was so helpful & said that they were just allowed to open up. Boy was I a happy camper! I explained the situation & Lorena was more than happy to do her magic! We agreed on an arrangement price of $50 which included her delivering the balloons the next day (04/26/2020) on the little boys actual birthday. And I let her design the whole thing. Lorena delivered it the next day & he was so happy! Nothing beats good customer service as I am a real stickler about that but Lorena definitely went above & beyond to provided great customer service & in record time! I highly recommend Balloons Elite for those in & around Thornton as well as those who are out of the area or as in myself my case, out of the state (California).
