After calling 4 times and it being 20 minutes passed the time of my appointment I FINALLY get a call back. And it's the same guy from before and he asked me why I was there... and I was like "well we made an appointment on the phone the other day for Friday the 19th." to which he responds " no ma'am your appointment was booked for Thursday." to which I responded " that doesn't make any sense because last time we called I stated that that didn't work for my work schedule and when discussing other days you said Friday was also an option." so then he says "well on my calendar it says the appointment is booked for Thursday." Usually I'm a bit of a pushover and I give up pretty easily but I've been looking for dresses for a long time and it's really been a struggle so I'll admit in that moment.
