Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! However, you need a very good vision of what you want before going there, and make sure you can visualize it.

I made an appointment at the David's Bridal in Erie, PA so I could share this moment with my Nana when we came into town to visit. I was reluctant I'd find anything or be met with friendly consultants, again going back to my bad experience somewhere else, I was afraid. From scheduling my appointment to the day of I was met with AMAZING communication, confirmation emails, a phone call the day before and a reminder text the morning of my appointment. I LOVED how I was always reminded of my appointment!! I was also able to ask questions and was met with a friendly staff member, unfortunately I can't remember her name. Day of I went in, reluctantly still..but a little more hopeful. I was greeted by the staff with open arms and smiling faces! She was AMAZING!!! Amazing actually is an understatement!! I liked some, LOVED another and then I fell head over heels for the dress I had wanted. Erin went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful and comfortable in my own skin. She even paired a head piece with the dress which I fell in love with!! She did try and upsell me and she was so polite and tasteful with it and accepted when I said no without being overly pushy like other sales reps other places. I didn't feel like I wasn't worthy of being in a wedding dress due to my size and finally just felt like a person. Then he was measured wrong. The best man was also measured wrong. The grooms suit was supposed go be in days before the wedding but the day before he had no suit. The sister of the bride drove 4 1/2hrs one way to get his suit. No groom and no bride should worry about their tux the day before their wedding! No one should use this business!!! They are not professonial and liars! We got no reinmbursement and no apology!! The owner says that we had family 15 min from where we picked the suit up but that is not true. This business is poorly run and they have poor communication skills. No bride should have to worry if her groom has a suit the day before their wedding! Do not use this company!!

We ordered 4 tuxes for a wedding. Bride was told that they would be in the week prior to the…read morewedding. Owner NEVER contacted the bride to let her know that the grooms tux was not returned and was "lost". The bride had to repeatedly call to figure out what was going on, there was NO communication. It ended up that on the day before the wedding, the Tux was in Scranton. Owner said that she would overnight it, but by then we had no faith in this business so a bridesmaid had to miss the rehearsal and dinner and drive 4.5 hours to pick up the tux. Owner never apologized and finally called the bride AFTER the wedding, not to apologize for her mess, but to complain about the bride and groom's mothers complaining to her about the situation, and yes, we did complain. If you own a business, learn to communicate with the patrons. The bride should have NEVER been put in this position. The business should have been monitoring these tuxes and known that one was not turned in as scheduled. *I'm not even getting into the fact that she did not measure some of the groomsmen correctly and some of the items didn't fit right. We had no choice because of the time frames. *Owner was also very annoyed that the tuxes could not be returned in the evenings die to work schedules. She doesn't like to work during the day and was very "put out." These hours listed are not accurate.
