My mother tried everyone there, but it was bridal season and everyone was swamped. I was so doubtful of things working out that I bought a back up dress. My mother and I had almost given up, when she made her final hail mary and contacted I Do Bride. The owner was busy too, but she miraculously made time to get my dress done. Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! However, you need a very good vision of what you want before going there, and make sure you can visualize it.

She wasn't pushy, and you could tell she loved what she did as a job and was passionate about it. She made me feel so confident and was also honest about any flaws she saw in the dress or if I was making a face like I didn't like the dress. I could not have asked for a better bridal stylist. I am so glad me and my mom traveled up from Columbus and I would do it 100 times again. Such a great experience, and such an amazing atmosphere. The dressing rooms were also spacious and amazing and clean. And the bridal boutique itself was absolutely gorgeous with the layout of the dresses and the entrance way. Another note to add to brag about Kat, Kat was not only amazing to work with but so professional, I emailed her a few days earlier before the appointment seeing if they carried a specific dress, she quickly responded and tried to assist me and answer all of my questions as much as she could. At that appointment I had been mocked and made fun of. So I was extremely nervous and afraid to go dress shopping again. I had found a few dresses that I LOVED, but was very hesitant to try them on. I made an appointment at the David's Bridal in Erie, PA so I could share this moment with my Nana when we came into town to visit. I was reluctant I'd find anything or be met with friendly consultants, again going back to my bad experience somewhere else, I was afraid. From scheduling my appointment to the day of I was met with AMAZING communication, confirmation emails, a phone call the day before and a reminder text the morning of my appointment. Day of I went in, reluctantly still..but a little more hopeful. I was greeted by the staff with open arms and smiling faces! I liked some, LOVED another and then I fell head over heels for the dress I had wanted. Erin went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful and comfortable in my own skin. She even paired a head piece with the dress which I fell in love with!! She did try and upsell me and she was so polite and tasteful with it and accepted when I said no without being overly pushy like other sales reps other places. I didn't feel like I wasn't worthy of being in a wedding dress due to my size and finally just felt like a person. I truly felt beautiful in each dress but even more so in the one I walked in wanting. I said "Yes" to my dream dress and couldn't have been happier!! This location rocks!!!
