Despite the facts that the door was open, the attendant was available, and I had two large bags for dry cleaning/laundry, I was offered no service, simply told they were closed. Given this experience and the lack of any empathy or consideration, I am left no choice but to reconsider my choice for dry cleaning/laundry services.
