She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

My experience with Auto Trimmers to install paint protection film on my vehicle has not met my…read moresatisfaction as a customer. The cost to install the paint protection was over $3300 due to there was no existing template. I had it installed May 2024 and in July 2024 I noticed a hole in the protection film located on the top side of the hood close to the windshield. When I showed the sales employee, he blamed a rock damaging the protection film. The hole is quite large, and I would have noticed if a rock had hit my hood. During our conversation the sales employee offered no resolution to fixing the damage. I believe Auto Trimmers does not stand behind their workmanship and product used. If I have known the installation of a paint protection film would only last for 3 months I would not spent the money. If you choose to have a product like this installed, my recommendation is to find a place that will stand behind their service and product, which is not at Auto Trimmers.

It has had a problem with the steering wheel shaking .It took 3 times for pilson to find out one of the ball joints was not tight. All winter the passenger side electric step would not go up. I had to close door and push the step up. I took it to pilson and they fixed it. It lasted one day and it is not going all the way up. I definitely don't recommend any one buy a wadoch conversion. This truck is a piece of junk.​
