    Don't waste your time or money . Three year old system they installed and they can't seem to fix…read moreit, uneducated technicians . I'm replacing entire system at 3 years since air handler was reengineered by installers . Can't find a company willing to work on system.

    All Volusia & Flagler Heating & Air is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We texted early…read moreon Saturday for a tech visit due to low coolant as in the 95 degree heat, our HVAC couldn't keep the house cool. The company texted back agreeing with us saying, "It looks like you need to have the coolant recharged". We agreed. All good so far. Then tech arrives later that day and looks at the unit, checks the pressure, calls his office and then tells us, "There is a leak and the EPA won't let us recharge the unit". OK we said, "Where is the leak?" Tech said "I don't know, but maybe for around $1000 I'll look for a leak". If the company had no intention of recharging ANY system with low coolant, why didn't they tell us when the service was scheduled? We would never have paid $200 for someone to come out, 'guess' it was due to a leak, and then refuse to recharge the coolant as promised. Again, why would you send a tech for scheduled service he had no intention of fulfilling? EPA regulations didn't change from the morning to the afternoon when the tech arrived. Save yourself the aggravation, and money, and go with another HVAC company--we did!

    Compressor replacement installed was a lemon I.e defective and never blew cold air before chris…read moretechnician left after installation Called the office both Cathy and coleen argued that it blew cold air Both these ladies were not here but continued to argue that it did blow cold air. Scheduled another week out because they ordered a warranty for the warranty replacement .... I unfortunately was not feeling well and called and said i would be turning my phone off for an hour. They actually called within that hour, and the technician arrived within that hour, and apparently knocked on a side door of a large home . my dog's normally bark if somebody knocks at my door the front door where most people knock arriving at a residence. The technician again Chris left when I called my appointment was from 10 to 1 I called at 11:50 both Coleen and Kathy on two separate calls talked down to me laughed kept calling me,"honey" when I finally asked for a solution for another date Kathy exclaimed oooohhh this doesn't look good... implying that it would be a long wait... Then said honey it won't be till next Monday today's Tuesday I call back once More and Coleen started yelling at me, calling me rude telling me that I talked down to them which in fact it was the other way around I have never been so frustrated with a subcontractor in all my life!!!!! I called back and fired them and I'm happy to pay another contractor and lose the $1400 I already paid this company.!!!!!!!! They will never do work for my or my clients. I thought about calling Leonard Marks the owner of this company. However, I think reviews here and on Google and other platforms with angie are more effective. Buyer beware!!!!

    They were quick and courteous and honest and not overpriced . In an area where most a/c services…read morewould rather replace than repair, at exorbitant prices, they fixed my old unit and gave me the lowdown on replacement options for the future. Very much appreciated! Thank you for being there and being one of the last ones in the area not To become total ripoffs!
