Love this place! Cheap, fantastic food. Amazing, friendly staff. Highly recommended. I eat here at least once a week.

The food is what you would expect. They do however have a hibachi that was completely unexpected. The staff is friendly of course and very diligent. It's seems to be really clean and well taken care of. read more

My son and i decided to visit A+ for a fast meal. The dining area and buffet area was clean and well maintained. The food was average buffet food. The food was served in smaller batches. It was a better than average Chinese buffet for a reasonable price read more

Haven't been here in years, but it's a great deal on a buffet. I think this might be the cheapest buffet I've been to in Omaha so if you're looking for something on the more affordable side, this is perfect. There were a lot of options, mainly Chinese food of course, but I also spent some time at the Mongolian grill. The waiter refilled our water throughout the dinner which was great. Finished off with some mint chocolate chip ice cream read more

This place is great for the price! They have a hunch of difference hot dishes, salads, Mongolian grill, and desserts. I love being able to mix and match all the different items. The place was pretty clean, and the dishes were refreshed often. Our server came by to take our plates and refill water many times. Good Asian buffet. read more

I'm not a hater, I'm just giving my honest opinion. The food was just out for so long and was very old. The service and hospitality was great, everyone was nice and welcoming. Overall, it's about what I expected. read more

Big selection, pleasant staff. You get what you pay for. Lots of entrees very fresh.

It's your typical chiense buffet. The food is pretty consistent across the board, so I'd you're a fan of this type of Chinese food, you will enjoy it. I liked the variety of food they had and the service the waitress provided was incredible.I don't think my water ever got empty the entire time which is a huge plus for me. It's a tad loud but that's because it's a buffet. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I love everything about this place. The staff is amazing. Prices are the best in town. And i have been going there for years. For the price it is my go to chinese buffet. My son is a teenager now and even he asks for it regularly. read more

I love this place. It is quite a distance from my home, so I don't get there as often as I would like. It's a real treat when I do. I love their food and their staff. They provide great service. The woman who always waits on my sister and I when we go there is the nicest person you could ever meet. I wish they were closer to my home. I would be going there much more often. read more

Prices have stayed affordable for the quality served. We went peak lunch rush around 11:50am. Parking scarce in front of the specific store but able to be quickly found as people come and go from the businesses in the area. Steady crowd from when we got there till we left. With the steady crowd they maintained prompt refills on buffet items. I think the closers forgot to change out the ice cream as a couple flavors needed whole new drums by 12:30pm. Simple and classic favorites on the line as would be expected. read more

food is always yummy! and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean! if there is something on the buffet that looks cold or needs refreshed, all you have to do it ask. they are pretty on top of it with refreshing the food-sauces, etc. they are really quick with drink refills and collecting plates. Staff is always friendly! Prices are also reasonable for dine-in or take out! I would definitely reccomend this place for yummy and good priced chinese food! read more

It's nothing special, but not awful. Some of the entrees were pretty picked over, but the staff did appear to be working hard to keep things stocked. The variety of items is about what you'd expect, but they also have a grill and a variety of (not soft-serve) ice cream, which is nice. Prices were very reasonable. read more

It was okay for a buffet, not a huge selection and the food was lukewarm at best. Lunch time is pretty affordable but I wouldn't pay that dinner price for the food that was served read more

If you like the majority of the buffet being chicken or pork this is the place for you. The mushroom/beef was almost totally mushrooms with a few pieces of beef sprinkled in the beef was about the size of bacon bits and it was too frustrating to try to pick out any beef. The Mongolian pork was a surprise usually you can get Mongolian beef at Chinese places but not here. There was another bin that was labeled beef/onion I think but it was almost empty and I'm not much into scraping the bottom of a pan at a buffet. The chili sauce was extremely watery and so diluted it wasn't spicy at all. The hot and sour soup was fairly good but a little warm not hot temperature wise and since we were seated in a booth by a breezy cold wall I only got to eat 1/2 of the soup before it was too cold to enjoy. The steamed rice was enjoyable, I usually get fried rice but their fried rice was a bright yellow color and I decided to pass on it. We were overall very disappointed and I seriously doubt that we will be back. read more

The coconut shrimp is the best! It is my favorite entree they have in the restaurant and everyone is really nice.

Great prices, the food is ok not too much beef the place should improve the cleaning. The service was good, friendly people.

Great place - good food and value for money Good for families and great service Buffet has lot of variety read more

Very good food at an affordable price. Some food items here are unique compared to other typical Chinese buffet. They have peanut butter chicken, which is breaded deep fried chicken with peanut sauce drizzled over it. Tastes good! They have a good selection of ice cream, which is actually real ice cream and sorbet and not soft serve. The service is also good. read more

Have to say this is my favorite chinese buffet in Omaha. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and hot. Very tasty. Dessert bar was full of goodies and they had a great choice in ice cream flavors. Took the family there for Thanksgiving and they even had turkey and mashed potatoes on the bar. read more

The food it absolutely amazing! And the servers are very sweet and always make sure to check on you. They have lovely and soothing music, and it's never to hold or cold! Me and my Husband love this place!! read more

Some of the worst Americanized Chinese food I've ever had. Most of it was bland and soggy. Hot and sour soup did not taste anything like it was supposed to. The only thing I actually liked were the mushrooms, shrimp, and the watermelon. Yet, like with buffets, I stuffed my face and felt quite miserable afterwards. I came because my coworkers frequent this place way too much and received customer reward cards for a $6.25 lunch buffet and I didn't feel like being healthy and eating the salad I brought for lunch. My advice is to go to a regular Chinese place or even Panda's and get a meal that actually taste decent for about the same price as you would spend here. Unless of course you eat a LOT and do not mind mediocre food. read more

A+ Buffet & Mongolian Grill - The reward card you get after eating here god knows how often. - Chinese Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

Been coming here 9 years. They must've switched vendors for the beef on the grill. Now it has a stripe of fat on every piece. Used to be a beautiful, fat-less piece. I haven't been back to see if it's still like that but it was enough to keep me away. read more

Amazing food and the staff is always available for drink refills. I went there once and had to go back a week later lol

Tonight my friend and I found plastic in our lo mein noodles. i handed the plastic pieces to him and said "this was In our food" all he said was "Thank you" not even a damn sorry! So disrespectful! read more

We were there for lunch today. The foods are very tasty. Especially the pot stickers are the best I have ever had! There's green beans are very crispy and fresh. They have plenty choices of desert too. I was just too full to try any ice creams or fruits. The waiter was sweet too. Even we didn't talk much but we are too busy to eat, too! :D We are definitely going to Come back! The only thing I was not satisfied is that online shows it's a seafood buffet. It seems not much seafood thought. Maybe they serve for dinner only. read more

For whatever reason this is the best buffet I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, and doesn't bother you throughout the process of eating, and is extremely quick with replenishing the food when the trays are empty and collecting your plates after each course. Great selection for the mongolian grill and great variety in the food that's cooked. I always get the chicken on a stick and it is so. good. I've heard a lot about the egg drop soup and it's not super flavorful but it's not bad. The fried chicken is also weirdly amazing, but the lo mein, mushroom beef, and peanut butter chicken are something I highly recommend! read more

Amazing service. Refills were prompt and staff was very attentive & friendly Buffet was clean and well stocked. Mongolian grill was delicious. Would recommend. Prices were more than reasonable. read more

This place was very mediocre. I went against giving it one star because boy have I had worse Chinese in my lifetime but this was definitely not good. Nearly all the food was almost empty and cold. They had a few good things, the lo mein was pretty good, pepper beef, and mushroom beef was okay. I left feeling unfulfilled. I won't be back; there is much better buffets in the area to choose from. read more

My office is a block from this buffet, and it is not uncommon for someone from our office to run down for carry-out at least once a week. We usually bump into someone else from our office building too! A+ has a fantastic 'pay by the pound' carry out deal that is extremely affordable and very convenient. There is a lot to like in this Chinese buffet. I always get some pepper chicken, some California rolls, an egg or spring roll, and coconut shrimp. The dumplings (pot stickers) are good, if not terribly authentic. The egg drop soup is also good, but when you are paying-by-the-pound, soup is not very cost effective, so I don't usually get it. They also have fruits, desserts, salads, and lots of other great options. In Summation: The quality of the food is decent. For the price and selection, this is a great place to go, especially for carry-out. read more

I love this place! They have a good selection of food and you can usually find a coupon online for 5.99 or 6.95 buffet. The drink is included so you can walk out of there with two people stuffed for less than $20. You can't even drive through Burger King anymore and be filled up for that price. I am a little biased because this place is so close to my house too! Just another reason we love coming here. The crab rangoon is also great so you must get some or you're missing out! It's the best! I give it an A+ Hah... Hah... Hah............. read more

A+ Buffet & Mongolian Grill - So good - Chinese Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

I've been coming here for years, however I took a break during the pandemic. The food quality here seems to be slipping. I've gotten pretty good at spotting heat lamp wilted entrees, but every so often I still make a mistake and get something really old. On my last visit I got some very old heat lamp wilted teriyaki chicken which I had to spit out into a napkin because of how gamey, old and chewy it was. I wasn't about to play Russian roulette with that chicken because it was off. Anything with broccoli here is usually overcooked and wilted as well. The staff is always very friendly, and hasn't changed much in the many years I've come here. The chairs, the decor and the carpet are all getting a little dated and rough around the edges as well, but I understand in this bad economy not replacing anything. The prices have always been reasonable. I'm downgrading my review to 3 stars though due to the last 2 or 3 visits encountering old wilted food on the buffet line. read more

We've all been to Chinese Buffet's before...so I'll get to the good/bad/ugly- Good: Peanut Chicken. Not sure what is so intoxicating about this oddity. It's literally a thin fried strip of chicken coated in peanut butter. I loved it...and it's so weird. Fried Dumplings...on point! Chicken wings-look like buffalo wings, but are really just fried chicken. Cooked perfectly! Mongolian Pork...excellent. Friendly staff! Bad: Sesame chicken-soggy and tasteless. Egg/spring rolls- both mushy inside...a Chinese food standard fails here. Desserts fall short. Ugly: They have self serve ice cream...like the 5 gallon tubs in a freezer that you serve yourself. The problem is...YOU SERVE YOURSELF!! Everyone has access to reach their hands INTO the bucket of ice cream. "Where have your hands been?" "Why is an 8 year old digging in the ice cream?". This is a fail on every level. In the end, It's not for me...but give it a try. Your "ism's" may not be as bad as mine. read more

Food is very good. The price is great as well. On a Saturday evening for 2 adults is was $19.?? and the soda was included in the price. The lo mein noodles are the best we have ever had at a buffet.
