We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.

Communication was excellent and the pricing while on the higher end was clear and transparent. I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job. Nothing feels better than a spring reset but I knew I probably couldn't do the job as well as the pros, so I found Neatme through Yelp Request a Quote. Sam responded quickly and I was able to find an appointment that worked for me and paid the deposit easily. They arrived on time and after I showed them to the bathrooms, they were off to work! One of my bathrooms is a half bath and wasn't too bad, but the other two are full baths. One of them is the kids' bathroom and the other is our master bathroom. The kids bathroom, as you can imagine, needed some TLC. After Neatme was in there it's sparkling and smells great! Our bathroom was the bear. I'll be honest - our shower is SO hard to clean. There was nasty build up and soap scum that literally makes me gag when I try to clean it (LOL I am so sorry to these guys) but they got it literally SPOTLESS! I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. I'm so excited to have it so clean and starting over on a literal clean slate.
