My family sent me flowers four (4) days ago and I am very disappointed that everything began wilting yesterday. I realize flowers do not last forever but I received another bouquet from a different florist the same day and they are still as full and beautiful as the day they were delivered. Believe this florist is aligned with an online service but this has taught me I will not order from them for local deliveries if you have to toss them so soon. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend blue Moon Florist. I've received three arrangements from Blue Moon within the last year and each time 75% of the flowers die within a day or two! I know these arrangements aren't inexpensive and they certainly should last at least a week. The arrangements are also disjointed and rather than having unique combinations that compliment each other there are random flowers that look like they're shoved in last minute and don't look good, honestly. If it was just one arrangement that this happened with I'd think it was just a one time bummer but it's happened three times and I hate to see my boyfriend waste his money any more there. Update to review:: I was quickly contacted by Annabelle at Blue Moon who wanted to rectify my dissatisfaction. She asked to send me a new arrangement and I just received it and the flowers look and smell beautiful and we're received with many oohs and ahhhs at the office. I really appreciate the extra effort and thoughtfulness! It's nice they were willing to work with me and make sure I was happy in the end, which says a lot for how a business can be run. read more

I spent $150 on the Now and Zen flower arrangement and what my mother received was some grotesquely ugly arrangement of bright red and fuchsia flowers that only a colorblind person could think looked good. Anyone with any design sense would know those colors don't go well together. And if they'd cost me $50 or $60, I'd still be pretty disappointed, but I wouldn't feel compelled to write on Yelp about what a total rip off this place was. I should have stuck with Happy Canyon who always has great flowers. Sadly their website kinda sucks and doesn't have much on offer so I decided to deviate. I ordered - and paid $80 for - the "deluxe" version of an arrangement on Blue Moon Floral's website for my friend's birthday. What was delivered to her was a pathetic attempt at an arrangement, containing far less than half the number of flowers shown in the photo online, and merely stuck in a clear vase instead of the bright pink one advertised. The grocery store makes nicer arrangements than this for half the price. Supposedly the florist is sending a replacement bouquet to my friend, but said they would have to collect the first one from her upon delivery of the new one. Seriously??? Who does business like that? I feel totally ripped off and embarrassed by what was delivered to my dear friend on her special occasion. Based on other reviews here (which I wish I would have read before ordering), bait and switch appears to be a common practice of this florist. Shame on them. read more

I have never used this florist and never will simply for the fact that every time I've been to the parking area to go to surrounding businesses, their delivery driver is always parked in the one handicap spot out front. Seriously, almost every day. As a disabled person, we need to be able to park in those spaces. And given there is only one handicap space in that entire lot, it is very rude, even illegal, to park in a handicap spot for any other reason! Next time I see this, I'm reporting it to the police. Educate your employees about accessibility for disabled people and know it's losing you business! If you do this in your own lot, I'm guessing it happens around town while making deliveries too. read more

if i could give zero stars i would. ive never been handled with so horribly by customer service. so i made an order and i had made a mistake on it so i called to cancel (i had already placed a new one and wanted to cancel the other) and whoever i was speaking too was able to do it, she thinks she credited me instead of cancelling the order and she didnt like i had never been so frustrated with someone before. so then i talk to another lady she tries to be understanding then pulls the same thing. said i cant get my $113 order till i pay the $124 i was supposedly credited . i even called my bank for them and showed proof of my recent transactions. still she refused serviced until she was paid money i never got. read more

The floral arrangement I ordered and the one that was sent were totally different. I understand sometimes substitutions have to be made but when every flower in the arrangement is substituted it's not a substitution it's a different arrangement. I was supposed to get tulips, two kinds of hydrangeas, orchids and a few roses and instead I received 4 different colors of roses, most of which were poor quality, and nothing else. The arrangement got there on time so that's why they're getting 2 stars instead of one. Very very disappointing. My mom and I entered a tablesetting competition called Tablescapes put on the Ladies Assistance League of Denver. Integral to our overall vision of the table was a beautiful centerpiece made up of Calla Lilies and Asparagus Fern. Blue Moon Floral provided the most exquisite, perfect, blemish-free, Calla Lilies I have ever seen. The greenery we were after was not available as we had requested, (I had called ahead) but they made up for it by supplying a superior plant at the same price. The selection on display was small and most was refrigerated. They have a wide variety of vases and other gifts, and are perhaps the reason the flowers do not dominate the store. Driving by today, I noticed they are having a sale on roses for Valentine's Day. [bats eyelashes] You could always stop by Le Bakery Sensual next door for a gift and get flowers here as a back-up in case the novelty item goes over like a lead balloon. read more

I ordered some flowers for my daughter who was grieving a loss. They were very nice but it was a frigid day they were delivered and some of the blossoms were nipped and wilted in a day or two. I had some difficulty getting in touch with the florist. Once I was able to reach them they sent another arrangement out.
