Interesting place with a bunch of varying things. They sell some beautiful flowers but they are expensive. They also sell a huge assortment of candy, nuts, and other treats. The prices seem pretty fair on those for the most part but its weird they sell name brand things in their own packaging like Jelly Belly. Why? I'm not going to specifically come here to get something I can get anywhere. Other than that it's an interesting place. read more

Terri did an AMAZING job on our wedding flowers! We came to her because she was right down the road, and we love supporting small businesses. We didn't have much of an idea of what we wanted and she took all our random ideas and made some beautiful bouquets! There were a wide variety of flowers in each of the bouquets, and the corsages were made with pearl beads which made them super unique. Terri also set up the flowers at our venue and did an amazing job with everything. She is also super affordable! The best value we found when searching for wedding florists. I'd highly recommend Autumn Flourish for all your wedding needs. read more

Terrible experience! Received flowers from Chewy (so nice!) after the loss of my pet. The florist delivery person illegally opened my gate to my back patio and left the flowers at my back sliding door! THEN she calls me to tell me she left the flowers, because she couldn't find my front door. What kind of excuse is that? Hello-she found the house but couldn't find the front door?! So she trespasses and THEN calls me? Why didn't she call when she first had problems. Then she read the address back to me wrong, and when I gave her the correct address, she said "oh that's what I meant, when I start talking I can't stop sometimes". ?? Is she high?! Please, Terri (owner) find people that are competent and don't trespass! I then called and spoke to this owner, Terri, who was just as bad as her employee. Made excuses and frankly sounded as if this was so routine that she was not surprised at all by her employee's behavior. Actually condoned it. Guess she trained this employee herself. Don't use them. Incompetent and rude to top it off. Sheeze if you make a mistake, just own it. This owner could not care less that I was upset. read more

I only wish I could give a zero rating. My niece ordered flowers through this company on Saturday after she and her husband were too ill to come to my house for dinner. I was home when the delivery came. i noticed how few flowers were in the vase. They weren't even arranged. Then I noticed the quality of the flowers. A couple were already wilted and falling over. The rose had completely opened and looked discolored. It was obvious there was absolutely no care it into this "arrangement". I caught the delivery person before she left. I showed her the poor work and asked her to take it back and give my niece a refund. Later, I spoke with my niece about the matter. She said only 30% would be refunded. I tried to call the florist but they had closed for the day. When the florist opened on Monday I called to speak to the owner to get a full refund. No one returned my call even though I had left details of the order in the morning. I find this company to be unprofessional and inept. Obviously, they don't care about their product or their customers. read more

Ordered a beautiful bouquet and received an unacceptable one. I should have purchased flowers from a grocery store. This one is the equivalent to a $12 and I spent $68. read more

I ordered flowers today and I must say I'm very disappointed in the quality and cost. I spent $87 dollars for 10 dollars of crap flowers. Looked like they were about to be thrown away. I would not recommend this shop. read more

Very disappointed!! Ordered flowers for my sister who was in the hospital-beautiful but they were dead in two days. when I called to ask for redelivery I was told the dead flowers would have to brought to the store for replacement. Never heard such poor customer service. I paid way too much for the flowers and delivery to anticipate such poor quality and service read more

I received flowers from my son for mother's day and they were absolutely gorgeous. The stargazer lillies were huge and so beautiful. Definitely recommend this shop! read more

She is a Super Hero. We were told the original florist was a no-show at 3:00 for a 4:00 wedding. We called this shop, the owner answered the phone and was sympathetic to our situation. Within 45 minutes we had 9 boutonnieres, two mother's wrist corsages, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, one bridal bouquet, 6 table centerpieces and 24 stems for wine bottles down the center aisle and were on our way back to the venue. The bride walked at 4:20. Terri has the biggest customer service heart ever, which is awesome; but what she produced was gorgeous, colorful and her product was fresh. She did not gouge us and she treated three very frazzled people with grace and concern. Add that to beautiful arrangements and you can see she saved the day. I cannot recommend her enough, I wish I had more words. read more

What a fantastic shop! Beautiful flowers, great selection, and the owner Terri really knows what she's doing. We got flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday and all I told her was my MIL liked purple and the flower arrangement she came up with was perfection!! I will use her for every flower occasion from here on out! read more

I was really disappointed. Service was terrible. My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. He let me know that he had ordered flowers from Autumn Flourish, because he wanted to do business with a local establishment and it was close to my house. Being close to my house was important, since they had no delivery options. The times they were open was also really limited, but I re-arranged my schedule to pick up the flowers my son had ordered. I was really hopeful when I arrived, because there was a sign on the door about their creativity. They were very busy, and they didn't have enough people working to help everyone, so people were standing around waiting. The overall mood in the store was not a happy one. I walked around looking for my arrangement to see if I could locate it myself. Unfortunately, no one could find it and they finally realized that it wasn't even made yet! They said it would only take a couple minutes, but that was an unrealistic statement. Furthermore, the flowers and vase were ordinary, with lots of fillers. I wasn't going to leave a review at all, until I spoke with my son, who questioned me about my experience. He asked me about my card, but there wasn't one. He asked if they were nice, so I shared my disappointing experience. He said that he wasn't surprised, because the person who took his order was not very pleasant and that the person must not have liked her job. That was how terrible the customer service was for two different situations! Flowers are expensive...give your money to some other business. read more

Received a lovely arrangement of flowers in a pretty vase for my birthday. Very happy with it. This is actually the second time I have received an arrangement from Autumn Flourish, it was also lovely. Thank you! read more

Terrible winter arrangement delivered to our home yesterday (unexpected, thoughtful gift of a friend), but dried out, skimpy, shriveled ends, already aggressively shedding fir needles. I called the same day it was delivered and florist did not stand behind her product, was somewhat rude defending the freshness of the arrangement and made comments about my responsibility to water and spritz it. It should never been allowed to leave the shop or be delivered. The arrangement one day later had already dropped more than a handful of needles on the table and floor without being touched. BUYER BEWARE! I will replace what's in the "professional" arrangement with fresh-cut greens from my yard, not mention the poor quality to my discerning friend and be grateful that I have such a thoughtful, generous friend (but regrettably a local florist that shows little regard or love for her arrangements and even less concern for her customers)! If I could figure out how to upload photos, I would. They would be shocking. read more

This is the best florist hands down in the city, they've always been there for me when needed. Father/daughter dances, birthdays, anniversary, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc. They are the only ones I'll use going forward. read more

I received a stunning vase of flowers from this flower shop after my mom passed away. They were more beautiful than anything I've ever received and lasted a long time. Exceptional! It took me awhile to track down this shop as the flowers were ordered at another shop and the request wired to Autumn Flourish. So, a side thank you to Castle Rock Florists for helping me find Autumn Flourish! read more

Ordered a dozen red roses for Valentine's Day 2013. They were delivered -- to a residence no more than five minutes away from this florist -- with less than a half-inch of water in the vase. I sent them a polite e-mail, to which they did not respond. After 10 or 11 days, I sent them another e-mail, letting them know they'll see no more $80 orders -- or any orders, for that matter -- from me. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. I have never been treated so poorly by a local business like this. I ordered flowers for delivery to surprise my girlfriend on her first day at her new job. I made sure to enter the address as a business address, not a residence. The building is very easy to find. Instead of the delivery being a surprise, which is why I paid for the overpriced service, my girlfriend received a phone call asking if she was home. Obviously she is not, because I put in a business address but the delivery driver stated that my girlfriend would have to pick up the flowers back at the shop, which was over 30 minutes away from her. All the delivery driver had to do was walk into the building, like any rational person would do when provided an address for delivery. I called the shop and tried to explain the situation and was not only yelled at, the associate blamed my girlfriend for not being home (even though I had the flowers delivered to her job?) and then hung on me. "It ain't happening" is what I was told specifically. Not only was the surprise ruined, my girlfriend did not receive the flowers I ordered AND the service I paid for is being denied. No refund offered either. I've been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I was a delivery driver for a period of time as well. The way I was spoken to and how this situation was handled was unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Do not shop here, this shop does not care about their customers. read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered balloons and a box of chocolates for my anniversary, and was planning on surprising my significant other, that will no longer happen because of them. The "anniversary" balloons I got were pathetic, and far from being worth anywhere near $45.. and far from being for an anniversary and refused to bring me the correct balloons and my chocolate that was part of the order. I will NEVER be purchasing from here again, and if you guys don't want to waste your money, I suggest the same. This was such a scam read more

Not the best customer service/attitude. Received a plant from relative using this florist and it died within a couple days. When I contacted them less than a week later, Teri was rude and acted like I did something to cause the problem. She did exchange the plant but when I took the dead one back, she had an attitude about it again and told me I shouldn't have done certain things which were totally on the care card received with the plant. I don't expect this kind of cusomer service when good money is spent for plants/flowers plus delivery fees. read more
