Can't complain. Asked for tint, they provided what I wanted. Told them what I wanted, showed me the options, and I chose what I wanted. It was more than what I wanted initially, but I'm happy with the choice. They didn't upsell, just showed me the difference between the brands, and let me choose. No pressure, no hassle. They provided a time for delivery, and hit it. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market for straight up, no BS service. read more

After 10 years I was expecting chafing, pealing, warping or scratches on the film installed by A Better Tint & Accessories - incredibly, not a sign of wear and tear and still looking new on their installation on a 72" x 90" glass sliding doors. Sorry for the delay in reviewing your services, but under the circumstances, time does tell. Highly recommended for the products, workmanship, professionalism and customer service. read more

All I can say is WOW! From start to finish the entire process was amazing. Providence who is the sales rep was great to work with, explained everything thoroughly and is very personable. Then when Jake the installer came to do the installation on my windows, I was wow'ed once again. He was also personable, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend A Better Tint to anyone! read more

The excellent Customer Service here was so refreshing! Even in this gloomy year, the pleasant people at A Better Tint make it difficult to have a bad day. From calling and setting up an appointment, dropping off and picking up the car, the service was so quick and easy. I was able to ask all of my questions by people who didn't have to put me on hold to find an answer. I'm moving out of state and have so much to do with tons of appointments for different things. I wish that I could get this kind of service everywhere. Thank you! You guys are awesome :) read more

So thankful for the staff at A better tint! I called on a Tuesday morning around 8am, begging them to tint my car the same day. I had to ship my car cross-country the next day, when I noticed my daughter in her car seat with her head bowed trying to avoid the sun. I took my car in at 1:30, and they called at 4 to come pick it up. They don't use cheap product, and they are professional. Thank you guys! My car looks amazing, and my little girl is having a much better time in the car! read more

I hadn't been to A Better Tint & Accessories for a couple years. I purchased a new truck and I knew where to go first thing. I was thrilled to see they are still an outstanding business! The cleanliness of the lobby and shop, the professionalism of the employees, and the attention to detail are consistently present in this place. They have tinted several vehicle for my family, dozens of vehicles for friends that I've referred, and the windows on my home as well! I may be one of A Better Tint & Accessories' biggest cheerleaders. I believe companies should be recognized when they do outstanding work! Kudos to the whole team! read more

Wanted to share a great experience with Chris and his business A Better Tint. We had both our car's windshields replaced today. They both had the special 3M tint so we wanted to make sure the tint would be done before the windshields were replaced. They worked wonderfully with my wife and my schedules, were on time and kept communications where they were and when they would arrive. Chris sent out a wonderful husband and wife team who worked very well together and they were very professional. This couple was equally enjoyable to talk to. We can all learn something from other people's walk in life. The windshields were replaced and everything looks excellent. Thank you Chris for having such great people working for you. Was referred to A Better Tint by a friend and was very pleased by the quality of service and product we received. They were very fast, communicated clearly and even finished earlier than we expected. Brett took great care of us and I would highly recommend them again. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expetations! read more

They just did such an amazing job that I couldn't be happier. Dealership tint was crappy, and smoked glass over back windows needed help with these temps. This makes the second car I've used A Better Tint for and I think they did an even better job on the Cadillac. I did the entire car, clear film over sunroof and PPF over headlights. The quality of work and material is obvious and is worth the price. I was unaware that they offered paint protection film too, so I may come back for a front wrap to preserve the finish with all the rocks on AZ roads. You can feel the massive difference in heat reduction from the crystalline and ceramic films used. Love the look. read more

Tint strip was good quality but they didn't cut it to the right length and won't replace it to what we want because a "machine" auto cuts the length. Wanted to then take my car to be done here but will look elsewhere. Also going somewhere else to have the tint strip done how we want it. I also worked with Chris previously and I've heard he is now gone from the company which might be why they don't seem to care as much. read more

this place is amazing!! had called to reschedule an appointment for later this week due to going out of town but they got me in this morning. so quick too, only took an hour and 15 minutes! chris was amazing - very helpful and personable. i know nothing about car tint but he explained everything and even showed the different options! i felt absolutely no pressure at all, just showed me my options and didn't upsell. my car is like a completely new car now because of the tint and i love it!! i would highly recommend this place to anyone, they are genuinely nice here and will take care of you and your vehicle! thank you!!! read more

Great service from beginning to end! Chris took time to show us all the options and helped us chose the right tint. Scheduling was super easy, and the car was done within a couple hours. The tint looks awesome! This is the second car we've had tinted here, and we highly recommend A Better Tint!! read more

They don't seem to be interested in auto tint anymore, looks like they are focused on commercial jobs. The front doors were locked on my three visits, only leave voice mail option and no return calls for auto tints only. read more

I've had two cars in the past 11 or so years tinted by these guys, and would say my star rating is spot-on with my experience. My first tint was installed well and they did a nice job. My second vehicle had a couple of minor issues - windshield tint had a 1/2" crease/bubble that never went away, and the sunroof tint had a small black fiber, about 3/4" long trapped underneath the tint. Although minor, these are imperfections I feel should've been corrected...if you had a car newly painted, I don't think a 3/4" scratch in the paint would be acceptable right out of the booth. When I brought it up, the response was basically "that's no big deal" and nothing was done about it. You would think a repeat customer might be given a little better treatment, or maybe a knock off the already high price - nope, nothing. On another note, these guys no longer carry Llumar or their Formula One tint that was put on my last two vehicles and is truly an awesome (and in my humble opinion, superior) product. Not sure why they switched to 3M - I'm sure they have their business reasons - but I'm off to a different installer that carries Llumar - and at a more reasonable price. read more

Eric and his crew are amazing! They just finished the full clear bra and window tinting on my new Tesla Model Y. The quality of the work, the great advice on what would work best and the great communication throughout the process were world class. This is my fourth car to get the front wrapped and I know what top quality work looks like. read more

DON'T USE this company. I had a appointment with this company to get my windows tinted and sent my son in with my car to drop it off and upon arrival they ask him how they can help and says he is dropping off a car for appointment to get serviced and they then tell him it has to be a cash sale and which I don't understand considering this is my 3rd car I have taken to them and then proceeded to ask his age. What does his age have to do with the service. I then cancelled this appointment but they never tried to make it right or no apology. Crappy customer service. If I could put a zero star I would read more

Was referred by a friend, so glad I asked her where she went for her tint. They made the process so painless and easy. Chris was great at going over everything and communicating. We love the way our car looks now! read more

We took our Tesla Model 3 in for a complete 3M Crystalline window tinting and 3M Clear Paint Protection for the entire front of the car. Erik, Brett and Chris were absolutely terrific to work with! The tint is beautiful and the 3M Crystalline is well worth the extra money...especially with the full glass roof. It REALLY makes a difference in keeping the interior cooler. The 3M Paint Protection looks great and will now keep those Arizona rocks from chipping that sloping hood! Referred our neighbors (another Tesla Model 3 with the same tinting and protection) and they are equally as happy. Great customer service combined with top quality products make A Better Tint THE place to go for your tinting and/or paint protection needs. It's truly refreshing to find a business with people that are professional, ethical and responsive. read more

I had my Tesla Model 3 windows tinted with the new 3M Ceramic IR at A Better Tint. It looks fantastic. The customer service at the shop was great. They kept me informed on the progress every step of the way. It only took a couple of hours to finish. You can't tell the tint is not from the factory. I had the back window completely covered and it looks natural. Ask for Dustin. He will tell you what will look best and won't just sell you what makes them the most money. He will give you an honest opinion and show you differences in shades of tint. I highly recommend! read more

We dropped off our VW today to get the window tinted, it was a last minute appointment and Providence was very nice and accommodating. She took the time to show us different products and even recommended the cheaper product because "there is not much of a difference." I appreciated her honesty and customer service. I will return and I will refer. Thank you. Mike and Amanda read more

Good quality work and a willingness to work with customers. I was getting a crystaline tint to help reduce heat in my daughters new car. I've had tint done here on my last car 9 years ago and got a ceramic tint that lasted without issues they did a great job and had quality work so I knew when I got my new car my first thing to do was schedule an appointment here. What's better is its the same location and same great service. This is not a fly by night place where you worry that all these guarantees are worthless because they will be out of business in a year. I got my new tint done in about three hours and am waiting for it to cure but so far no issues and I feel confident that if there were they would be addressed right away. read more

Was very impressed with Erik and the quality of the tint job. Prices were posted on the wall which made me feel better than just a verbal quote. They took the time to explain all my options and were very accommodating to do the tint exactly as I wanted (then informed me that I am liable for any tickets etc which makes sense to me). They had the car in and out exactly in the time they quoted. Would recommend. read more
