Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. Chad installed our tankless water heater to replace our two existing tank water heaters in the attic. Additionally, a month after the install, I noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan, the culprit was some condensation inside the unit dripping down the venting pipe. I called them to ask about it and they came out that day to fix it. Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes I got, however they also called in a licensed electrician and roofer to make sure everything was done right. The roofer they hired even did an inspection of the roof and let me know of a few deficiencies. The overall experience was great. Chad and his apprentices are nice, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

While YouTube can be a great resource, there are definitely some things that only come with experience and knowing the tricks of the trade. Christian (Epic Plumber) quickly identified what needed to be done, installed the new faucet correctly, and even verified the repair by using the access panel behind the tub to ensure there were absolutely no leaks inside the wall. That extra step gave me real peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. One thing I especially appreciated was that he put on boot covers before coming inside. I don't allow outside shoes on the upstairs carpet, and without me even having to ask, he took the initiative to protect my home. It's becoming harder to find contractors who genuinely care about doing quality work and treating a customer's home with respect.
