The living room becomes very cold, while the bedroom remains warm and uncomfortable--especially at night. This has been a consistent issue for the past year. Additionally, the system appears to be oversized for a home of this size. Installing a three-ton unit in a 972 sq ft space raises concerns about improper system sizing, which can lead to short cycling, poor airflow distribution, and uneven temperatures--exactly what we are experiencing. Communication has also been extremely frustrating. We have struggled to get clear answers or meaningful follow-up regarding these ongoing issues, despite raising concerns multiple times. We were recently informed that the project passed inspection, but passing inspection does not reflect real-world performance. A properly installed HVAC system should provide consistent comfort throughout the home, and that is not happening here.
