We needed new insulation for our crawlspace and updated insulation in our attic as recommended by a home inspector/structural engineer. I was referred to this company through a post on the Next Door app. After sending a request for a quote the evening of Thursday 5/10, I received a reply early the next day, which was Friday 5/11. After going back and forth over the phone and through a few emails, an appointment was made for the estimator (whom I had been in direct contact with) to come out "next Friday at 8am", which would be today, Friday 5/18. Not ideal to wait a week just for an estimate but I was happy just to get the process started. In the week from setting our appt, i never heard anything from the company one way or the other. I took today off of work, was up early and ready for the appointment.... no one ever showed up. About 915 I emailed the estimator whom I had been in contact with and who replied almost immediately the previous Friday.... no response. Still. It's now 1pm. I'm not going to call and beg for them to take my money and for me to be their customer. Pretty poor though. I guess I get to research more companies and try to start this all over.
