I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

The crew that came out were pleasant and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with Tom and Jerry's and would definitely seek them out future roofing needs.

I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again!

Tell the truth, One of the owners would rather be employed as a nature guide in Alaska than run this company. I know this because the last time he visited my home, he spent a significant amount of time discussing his adventures in Alaska and how he could get me a great deal on a hiking trip there, completely disregarding my handicap and the fact that I use a walking cane. When I initially wanted to engage him for a roofing repair, it took him about six weeks to get back to me, and eventually, an active Repair was scheduled. Unfortunately, during those six weeks, the situation worsened, leaving me with a much larger problem. When I attempted to schedule him last year, we set an appointment.
