They may be good at turning loved ones to ashes, but they sucked in every other aspect of the interaction. They were always pleasant, but the whole interaction was super frustrating. Initially, after signing with them, weeks went by where we couldn't reach them, and we never heard back from anyone. The one time I got a prompt callback was when I got tired of the BS and left a profanity-laced message. Heard right back! I went by their offices, at the address that is on EVERY Google search you could imagine.......and they aren't at that location anymore. Amazingly frustrating.
