I had some understanding of the situation and I know NOTHING about plumbing. He didn't try to add on extra services or un-necessary repairs. He was on time, very polite and solved our problems. It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is. We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. It was manageable and we were all able to sleep easy that night. He is going to come back next week to check up on things and advised us to call if we have further issues. This plumber has my family's highest recommendation. If you need plumbing help do not hesitate to contact him.

They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

I also inquired about a home filtration system and was advised not really needed with the better quality of water in Monroe County. A recommendation was made for a sediment filter system as we have had some issues with some PEX water lines and their inline filters that were installed less than 10 years ago by a different plumbing company. Very nice people to work with and we were very happy with the cost of the work!

If they forget to pick up your trash for any reason, tough luck. They do not come back out to pick it up even after calling to complain. Their list of items they do not accept is ridiculous. Basically most trash is not accepted. What a joke! There have been days where they did not pick up our trash for whatever reason, we notify them of their mistake, they come back a different day and pick up our neighbors trash, and still do not take ours. If you call and complain, they tell you it will be up to 48 hours before they can come back out-are you kidding me??? Then still don't pick it up! Our trash this week has set out at the curb for going on 5 days now after complaining. I'm sure our neighbors love looking at our cans sitting at the street for days! They are not a local company- we were told our truck that picks up comes from a different state!!! Avoid at all costs and find a local company you can trust.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

The man came and installed a non-programmable heat pump thermostat that costs less then $40 at home depot. I was charged a $110 diagnostic fee and then 214.84 for the thermostat plus and 18.00 fuel surcharge. I paid $354 for less than an hour of work. Make sure you get the charges clarified if you use these guys and buy your own thermostat!
