I was supposed to have until March 2027 until I needed a new prescription. They told me I would have to make an eye exam appointment first and then changed the date of my last eye exam online so I was unable to order any contacts at all. I was really taken aback by both the rude behavior and changing my eye prescription date so I could no longer order anything, even out of pocket. It's not worth calling back to complain, I just want to warn others.
