    Front door forklift damage.

    If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I purchased a 7.1 cubic ft refrigerator from their on 02/09/2022. Here is my first email to them (Note I was very cordial): Good evening, I purchased a 7.1 Cubic inch refrigerator from you on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 and picked it up today, Friday February 11, 2022 at 4:45pm. Upon opening the sealed box and removing the packing material right after I arrived home, we found the bottom inside is cracked along with the bottom acrylic drawer please see attached pictures. Upon reviewing further, the the top had a dent as did the left side, but not worried about those. The bottom of the refrigerator door is damaged pretty badly as if it was punctured with a forklift. We believe this caused the internal damage. Please advise in return of item. I called the next day as I had not heard back from them. A girl answered and did not know what email I was talking about. She left the line to talk to someone, came back and said I would receive an email response. I was surprised at that answer and asked when I could expect it. She said I. A few minutes... I at that point new that they were not going to honor a refund or work with me.... Read on for their repose... Here is their email back: Unfortunately, you did not purchase a new sealed in the box refrigerator. You bought a new Shelf Pull refrigerator which means it could have damage or missing parts. It is Imperative you do not bid on any item without coming in and previewing IN PERSON PRIOR to bidding. You should not bid unless you know EXACTLY what you are bidding on. Preview is Tuesdays to 4 and wed 9 to 12. We guarantee one thing only that is you will receive what was here on the floor that you previewed. The item oh I bid on and purchased was in a box that was sealed it had the straps around the box holding it on to the refrigerator Call from the factory. This was not an open box item. The box still would've been sealed had a come to your yard to preview the item prior to the auction. And your ad said that the tightest was new and in working order. The only way that you would've known that this item was in working order was if you had taken it from the box and plugged it in yourself. Once again that statement is also a misrepresentation of the item you listed. The item you listed showed a refrigerator with no damage or markings on the unit. Here is their outrageous response back: No boxes are sealed. If it stated new shelf pull they would have opened box and had you look at. Read your invoice this does not state NEW SEALED!!! It clearly states new shelf pull. Regardless even if it stated new sealed it is 100% your responsibility to come in and look at item. Pictures as stated are a GUIDE ONLY!!! u also signed invoice acknowledging that you inspected item and purchased AS IS NO RETURNS!!! Your account will be put on hold until you ave read and understand how an auction works. If you were to actually read the terms and conditions which we put a LARGE WARNING on Front page of our site. It very clearly tells you not to bid without previewing, not to bid without reading and that pictures AND descriptions are a guide only for you to use when you PREVIEW IN PERSON!! Wow your ego is ridiculous! No worries as I will never buy from you ever again. I will get the word out. And the picture is not a representation of what was in the box. The description did not say damaged and the box was strapped closed with 1/2" nylon straps. Your attendant did not point out nor did he advise that the unit should be taken out of the strapped box to be reviewed. He loaded into my vehicle and said sign and initial here that I received the unit. In fact I asked for a copy of the paper as he did not offer that to me before I left. Your company has missed so many steps in this. The other auction companies around town have better customer service than you do. If an item is damaged they at least work with their customers or offer a credit towards the next auction. Your mere total disregard for your relationship with the customers who buy from you is outrageous. No response back from them as I expected! Not sure if my next step, but I will keep at it!

    Brought home some furniture from here and it was FULL OF TERMITES! Buyer beware!!

    Misleading items and poor customer service. Expired and broken goods. Not worth wasting your money with these scammers.

    I brought from them couple time to resell but never had a good value from them. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I have a file created with TSC Corporate about how the online ordering process has flaws, sale items that do not ring up correctly in the system and most importantly, this employee. So, we take our K9 to this store for the pet wash. When the store opened, it was top of the line, state of the art and ALL employees were friendly, professional and ran perfectly. Being in retail management 20 years and emphasizing CRM and customer service is invaluable to all companies- Of course we shopped and browsed after the wash as intended & grabbed a few items, one being the Blue Mountain promotion (2/$16) shirts TSC had rolled out over a week ago which never rings up correctly online or in store. Anyway, wife was acknowledged by an associate named 'Christine', a 50-60ish (aged) employee saying 'So dog wash right'? And my wife caught off gaurd by her abruptness, said "yes" but you already charged us .... Wife had receipt- just shirts my wife stated.... "Ok, whatever" said the employee. She was very rude and unfriendly and I had went outside with the dog as she paid. In the car, I noticed the items did not ring up correctly (go figure) and walked back in with the receipt. I had already spent 90 minutes in the store so correcting an issue was just extra. But I went back in leaving wife & dog in the car. No one was in line and I walked up to the counter to show her the receipt & that it did not ring up right and she acted like 'what is this from, I dont remember...' I said my wife & I just left 2 minutes ago, what do you mean you dont remember? Can you do a price adjustment for the difference? Put it on a gift card or whatever, as I told her giving her more options (And Im the customer... ). "I dont remember, what should the price be?" she said. "We were just in 2 minutes ago, I stated" She said (as a customer had walked up) "I have to help this person in line first and then we will talk... he was here first" that person had just walked up, and I was the over 90 minutes shopping and dog washing but she recognized me only as a stack of steer manure in the corner of the store. 9 feet away, is the Blue Mountain table with an ad in big letters stating 2 for $16. Its right there, I told her. "I dont pay attention to signs" she said. I moved away so she could help the customer that just walked up, didnt bother me but it could have as she already had attitude that was unbelievable and she was way out of context. Wow.... I thought. She is arguing with me about prices clearly posted right in front of her and acting like IM BOTHERING HER? No way.... I got my phone out and hit record.... I would love for my contact in corporate to her this woman treating me like Im trying to cheat her when it is posted in ads! I said, "its on your ads online, in store, its everywhere" "Oh i dont pay any attention to those ads or signs!!!!" Practically raising her voice back at me. I said, "Get your Supervisor..... if you cant do a simple price adjustment for something you have posted on sale that rang up wrong, then get someone else. " I went back out to the car to get the two shirts.... Which did clarify one thing. They (this store) has ALL Blue Mountain shirts folded together stacked in mixed sizes with the long sleeve and short sleeve together which is highly confusing as I grabbed two XL shirts from the same stack one being short and one long. Even though the sign states 2 for $16, they have them stacked all together instead of separating the long sleeves from short sleeves. And I proved why the POS system was not accurately ringing up by her as she was scanning a size Med shirt prior to me going out and getting my shirts out of the car. When the Supervisor came over, she said "This guy is upset complaining about these shirts"..... Wait, "this guy"? "Upset" "Complaining" ..... Yes I sm a guy but I am a Customer, no need for profiles here and I was not upset or even complaining. When companies hire individuals to represent their companies it always amazes me how they even got past the interview process in the first place. Kinda like the DMV that gives licenses out like trick or treat candy I guess.... The Supervisor handled things good and put the difference $5 or whatever on a gift card for me. It was not hard to figure out for him, and I wondered why I had to spend 20 minutes with a very conflicted and difficult personnel that basically wasted my time with her VERY ugly disposition.

I payed with a card. Right when it says approved she walked away. I had to grab my item off the register counter like a thief. Racist as BIT*h. Maybe some of them might be nice. But that one need to go! You in the southeast side. Ain't like the north.
