You never know what you're going to find and today I found some great finds for St Patrick's. Pretty vibrant green sweatshirts and sweaters with the perfect accessory for 3/17/26. I actually came to find a dress, but their selection was not that great today. I'll keep looking because it's always a treasure hunt here. Parking is o.k. some potholes in the lot. Definitely nice having a Marshall's near by but seriously disgusted when I was looking at dog beds and not one but 3, when you open it to see that it is used with dog pee inside. What you believe to be a new dog bed is 100% used. Absolutely gross. Maybe change your return policy or have staff check products better when they are returned. read more

This review is only on the basis of human decency. So I was with my daughter to go shopping here when we noticed on our way into the store that a car with its window barely cracked had a couple of dogs in it while the owner was obviously not around. It was a hot day. My daughter proceeded to an employee and a manager to let them know the situation and to suggest that they communicate over their intercom to see if they can locate the owner. My daughter was met with a curt "no". That is not what the intercom is used for, so she then proceeded to a manager who then echoed the same thing but then ended up saying even something more appalling, "Even if there's a baby in the car, we would not go out of our way to use the intercom! I hope someone higher up from Marshall reads this or if you're reading this will divert their shopping elsewhere. The humanity here just leaves a bad taste. I certainly wish we got the names of the employees cause I would call them out. read more

I had two very awful experiences at the store. There's an incident where a lady left her two dogs in a hot car and it it was 100° in that car and she left them in there for about 20 to 30 minutes now when I went into the Marshalls to let the two employees know about the situation. My request was that they say something over the intercom page to let this lady know that her dogs are actively dying in this car now the young man at the front said that he will not be doing this because it is ""weird I believe the situation with the lady and the dogs was handled, but I went to call the store and speak with the manager now the manager was incredibly rude to me incredibly backhanded. I told her about the situation and she told me well. We're not allowed to do that and we're not allowed to page, even if it was a child dying in the car that is exactly what she told me that they're not allowed to page on the intercom, even if there was a child dying from heat exhaustion in a car and then she told me I should've called the police because that's animal cruelty and somehow she made it into my fault very manipulative and she tried to gaslight me. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a store and I am incredibly disappointed that this is how the employees and management act, especially when lives are in danger it honestly made me lose a bit of faith in humanity to see this and hear this read more

Horrible customer service there's a worker who hides items for her mom so she can resell them on Facebook this store is always so messy when I go in the mornings there is always problems the manager needs to do better ! Very disappointed in this store with associate and management . My experience 4/14/2021 over all very dirty and messy, a young gentleman with facial hair was directing his staff in a good polite manner telling them what to do and what he's expects to be done and it seemed like his acknowledgement wasn't taken serious by the workers. All four associates continued to talk and not work. Literally 20 minutes later the gentleman did the task what he asked them to do, I hope he get's recognition and I hope his upper peers see that. read more

Found this Marshall's location while in the area for a friend's wedding. My husband needed a new pair of shoes after forgetting his at home. We found a nice pair of men's shoes for $50 on clearance. They actually had a lot of name brand shoes, including ladies Uggs for only $100. We bought the dress shoes for Casey and a couple other small items and snacks for me. Didn't spend a lot of time browsing other products, and were really happy to be able to get in there and find what we needed in a short amount of time. read more

I do love Marshalls but I noticed a few things about this location. It was a little messier then other ones I have been too. They did not have many dresses. It was mostly pants ugly ypga pants and hoodies. Do people wear anything else today? Oh yeah I do. I actually put thought into my outfits and try to look nice whenever I go out. Yesterday at noon My friend went into this store and he was trying to use the dressing room and a Caucasian lady around her 40s was the person in charge of the dressing room area, and she was very transphobic to my friend, she basically went off on him because he was trying to just use the dressing room, he didn't even say anything the lady was very aggressive to him and pointed him to the females dressing room, and I get it my friend is not a passable trans person yet, but that lady still had the audacity to yell at him "have a good day ma'am " when she knew that would make my friend uncomfortable, for every trans person do not go to this location because they are clearly trans phobic. Hence my friend said nothing at all , and the lady looked at him before using the dressing room saying "that's not gonna work with me so you are using the females dressing room". Very uncalled for of her. This is a clear example of violation of code 51(b) in the state of California. read more

One never knows what one will find when going into this store. When I need home goods, I head here first, just to see what they have. Lots to see and pick from. The clothing items seem to be up-to-date and fashionable and always nicely displayed. As for prices, they really aren't any lower than most department stores. read more

First of all, I love marshalls. They always have the cutest stuff for the kids, myself, and the home. Anyhow recently I had a situation where I left feeling less than taken care of by a cashier. I called the next day and spoke with the manager, Sylvia, and she addressed my concerns and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I felt like my experience was important to her and regardless of the outcome I felt very comfortable shopping there again. Also there is a very friendly lady who works there named Nellie, who is always so pleasant and helpful. She always has a welcoming smile on her face. read more

My favorite place to come to when I'm looking to shop! This place has been around for quite a while.. It sits in the perfect spot of Clovis and has many things from home decor to clothes and bags. The layout of the store is easy to access and it's very organized. The number one reason why I love coming here is because you get quality items for a cheaper price! You'll find the biggest name brand clothing line or shoes such as Steve Madden here.. Everything is always in trend and it's nearly displayed so you won't have trouble looking for anything. The furnitures are pricy even after so many discounts.. But they are sturdy and beautiful so, I wouldn't blame it for being so expensive. Home decor and candles are all the prettiest and cheapest I've seen.. If you need anything for your home, I suggest you to come here, home goods or TJ Maxx! Ross is also a good alternative of you want things even cheaper.. They are always in season (Halloween, fall, summer themes such as beach, Christmas, thanksgivings). Just be ready to splurge! For a girl, there are many makeup and hair items here for a very good price! The best name brand shampoo is the cheapest here that you can find very expensive elsewhere.. They have facial treatments as well.. Their hair straightener and curlers are the best quality here. Not going to leave out the electronic accessories and workout gears.. You must come here for them! Workout gears is basically 20%-50% off.. Very convenient for you fit fellows who like buying a lot of things. All I really have to say is this place is great.. From time to time, I'd stroll in before/after stocking up at the Smart & Final next door. On trip #5, I finally found some undeniable deals! $12.99 for a short foam roller (myofascial release) and $7 clearance for a LeSportSac wristlet for the gym. I also saw ground coffee from Sarabeth ($4.99) and a bunch of Elizabeth Arden skincare products for under $20, although I'd hesitate to buy those. Also found a cute Walter handbag for $50 that I saw on hautelook a few months back. Tons of Columbia jackets and anoraks for $50. Also, a fantastic placet to stock up on active wear (skip Dicks and Target) and home decor. You definitely have to dig, though... It is in a depressing strip mall, but I was really happy to find the foam roller because you can't find a better deal! Service was friendly. read more

This store is okay. They have some cool things for descents prices. Ive found many useful items here! I'm giving them two starts because of an employee issue. So, all the employees are nice and helpful but one guy kind of creeps me out now. He always says hi to me, which is fine. Makes small talk, that's cool. But I've came in there with my bf a few times and when I do, the same employee that always says hi and is nice, is rude and stuck up, giving my bf dirty looks. What's with that!! Was so excited to come here because I LOVE MARSHALLS!!!...but right as I walked through the doors the store looked so dated. I felt like I was shopping at a thrift store. I did end up buying 2 workout tops and a doggy bed but I think I was so desperate to find something. I need to return the doggy bed and one of the shirts. I've been to this Marshall's plenty of times and it's a nice store but of course in every place there are rude managers especially this guy named DAVID he seems sorta nice to customers but he is also sassy when I've observed him, I see him yelling at his workers and workers friends for catching up real quick it's not necessary to YELL and treat all of them like garbage. Isn't customer service suppose to be comforting the customer making sure they enjoy their time so they come back. Ive also talked to some employees how he's not very nice and how he is unprofessional to them. I found London Butter Signature Lotion without a tag in the clearance area. At the check out I asked the price and advised the lotion was open and had been used. I would like another, unopened item if possible. As the cashier walked away he said that they are all open. He said he'd be right back. He came back with a large bottle of shampoo and stated the 16 oz lotion I had was $16, same as the shampoo. I said it's open and couldn't be that expensive for a clearance item. He asked if I wanted it, in a not too friendly tone. When asked if all their products were used or opened, he responded that people want to try products out so they pull back the SAFETY LABEL and ACTUALLY USE the product. $16 for used contaminated lotion, no thanks. Not to mention the absence of any kind of customer service, I will not be shopping at this location any more. The whole reason I went to the store was to return some unopened, in a box, Burberry lotion which was old and moldy smelling. The cashier that returned the item kind of laughed when I was telling her the reason for my return, gave the impression this was not surprising. No apologies. She asked me "really". I told her yes, it's my favorite perfume. "Really" again smiling, although nothing was funny. She was in such a rush she did not provide good service at all. I told her to smell it if she didn't believe me, in which she ignored me and quickly proceeded with the transaction. This place not only has issues with products being old, pricing (which I found at another store for $6.87), but also customer service. You've just lost a customer marshalls. read more

I would just like to say that I wish every TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods could have an Al that works for them. He is the coolest guy! Very friendly, not afraid to ask if you need help. Polite and funny! Every time I go into Marshalls in Clovis and he is there, it makes me smile! He might not know my name but he knows my face and warmly smiles to greet me. Ladies if you love purses like I do, then this is your place. Well there are other places , but i come here, they have some pretty cute one's here. A little pricy, but well worth it, you can get a name brand for half the price. Most store like Macy's, Gottschalks, ect...they have expensive purses. Well for those same purse that you would get at Macy's, you can get at Marshall. I love this store. There shoes are great to. (And this place I didn't get Kick out of). read more

This place has horrible bathrooms. The woman's bathroom has a huge mess. The trash cans are all filled. In each stall the mini trash cans had a over flow of toilet paper with shit on it. Only one stall had toilet paper. There was also no soap to wash hands. If I were you I would just hold it. read more

I mean it's a discount store for SOME brand names. Yes the prices are better than Macy's, JC Penny or Kohl's but the styles are very thrift store looking. With some hunting you can find some nice things. Customer service is lacking and not very knowledgable. I asked were the gloves were and was told "they should be over there." Where? Do you even carry them because I didn't see them "over there." Not recommended beyond the prices. read more
