This particular visit I was looking for a utensil set. I found one I liked with only 4 place settings, and they did not have a duplicate set. So I purchased, but then decided I wanted to go see what other stores in the area had available. I found a set that was 8 place settings at another store. So I went back, probably no more than 20 minutes after my purchase, to return the set I purchased. Waited patiently in the slow moving line. When it was my turn, I let the cashier know I just purchased and came back to return since I found a set at a different store. She said "okay, i have to check that everything is there." To reiterate how unopened this box was- she could barely open the box. But she still proceeded to open the box and get into the very very unopened packaging and tissue to check that every utensil was in the box. She opened to look and when she couldn't get a view, she took all the pieces (all still wrapped in tissue) out, and then was confused why there were only three utensils on some... I advised there were three front facing utensils on the packaging... But still kept going. Maybe I'm easily annoyed or offended, but honestly, the way she talked through checking all the pieces even after I let her know I had not opened it and purchased just a few minutes ago was overkill. She then said, "sorry, we have to show the cameras that we checked." But her style of checking was like she became suspicious at every step that I was returning an incomplete set, when ALL evidence pointed to the contrary. Including that she could hardly open the package herself and everything was still very clearly wrapped in tissue. I mean, I get it. We live in Fresno. Theft is abundant, but I did not appreciate the time or unnecessary energy this took.

I was super excited to find parking nearby. The stores interest, which is always a plus. Once I enter the security guard was there as usual to agree to that that's fine and beyond my surprise I saw they had a lot of furniture items as well as Halloween items for sale, which is great news for me and other customers looking for items for Halloween Coming up this year. The price at Ross stressful Less is usually so much cheaper than you go to a regular store than a discounted store so a regular store you're paying like mostly full price that discount price for the item that you selected. I highly recommend that you venture out to the short Avenue area not too far from Home Depot and Black Bear diner other places you should definitely check out if you're in that area and check out the attached photos. According to the online terms, the tote was available from store opening until 11:00 a.m., limited to one per guest, and no purchase was necessary. Right away, the event felt poorly organized. Most Target stores nationwide handed out tote tickets that could be redeemed at a counter, but this location didn't distribute any tickets. Instead, the tote station was set up at the front of the store. When my friend and I got in line for our totes, the employee told us that we had to be holding a LSF item IN HAND to receive one, even though that requirement wasn't listed anywhere in the event terms. I had my friend grab a shirt from the display and hand it to me, and I was then given a tote. When my friend tried to receive his tote, the female employee RUDELY refused, saying we were from the same household. I explained that we were not from the same household, and she immediately changed her explanation, saying that because we came together as the same party, only one of us could receive a tote. She also began telling customers they needed to have their Circle Rewards account open and ready to scan, which again was never listed as part of the event requirements. The published terms clearly stated "one per guest" not household or party. My friend waited in line just like everyone else, so it was frustrating to see additional rules being created on the spot. If this was truly store policy, it should have been communicated in advance and applied consistently. Switching her policy twice from household to party didn't make any sense. I didn't even want to argue with her. She was an older lady, grey hair, thin figured, bangs with glasses. We ended up driving to the newer Target location instead, where the event was much more organized. We were able to finish our shopping and got everything we wanted. There were no extra rules beyond the published event terms. Overall experience was 0/10.

It would've cost a lil under $40 but I used the deals! Avoided shipping cost by doing pick up in store. Picked up the pillows, it was fast and easy. I also learned that if it fits in the tubs by the register, u can pick it up yourself but since my order was big they had to grab it in the back. While I was waiting I visited the Sephora in there. Absolutely love that they have a Sephora!! Kohls kind of reminds me of a JCPENNEY lowkey. Not a bad thing. U can find home goods there and clothes too. And while waiting in line at the register it gives me Ross & Marshall's vibes cus of the random snacks and candies. I'm greeted at the door. They have a wide selection of clothes, shoes, accessories, perfume, cologne. I was able to find a pair of shoes for my mother. The prices are fairly reasonable. I strongly recommend that you stop by Nordstrom's location in the Central Valley.
