The right bread prepared correctly is one of the "KEY" components of a good Cuban sandwich. When my order first arrived, it was on "RYE" bread that wasn't even toasted. Not sure why this item is on the menu when It's obvious that they never took the time to learn how to make one. I can't comment on the sandwich filling due to not making it past the bread. And as previously stated, my expectations were for it to be good, but not incredible... And these were incredible! The crust was done really nicely, there were plenty of toppings, and overall it was just really nicely done pizza. Perhaps the biggest showstopper were the fried cheese curds. You need only take a two second look at me to understand that the love of cheese runs very deep. He's cheese curds for about as good as anything that I had back in the Midwest. We ordered the Sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes and creamed corn, a full rack of ribs with Mac and cheese and brocolli, a kids grilled cheese and fries, a kids steak and fries, a outback trio appetizer (mozz sticks, fried onions, cheese fries) and a single 5oz steak. The ribs and Sirloin steak were absolutely delicious, my husband liked his corn and potatoes but the mac and cheese was severely lacking, the mozzarella sticks were weird and the fries were just okay. The kids liked their fries and steak/grilled cheese and our 6month old had his first steak! Which he was very happy about. The food was okay but we would have rather gone to Texas Road House.
