The location right off of I-80 makes it a go-to spot for travelers and locals alike. And all the semi trucks, too--there's ample parking for truck drivers. Honestly, the crowds made it kind of annoying. Other than that, everything else was nice and new. I'm sure this place makes a killing. No wonder their stock is doing so well!

No greeting, very little eye to eye contact, no smile, lack of personality. Not everyone, but enough of them from my experience and observation to post this. If you've read any of my posts you know I have a very low tolerance for this sort of behavior. If Kevin & Amy are so proud of their restaurant, maybe they could tighten the reins a bit and train these young folk up with some BASIC customer service skills. Ok, I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. Tonight, Paige redeemed Culver's in Carroll. Greeted cheerfully and with a smile, eye contact, repeated my order back to me, thanked me and was pleasant the whole way through. I watched he with the next customers and it was the same. That's how it's done folks - take notice.

No worries it beautiful out and we will go sit out side on their patio. It was a slow evening inside so the food was up quick, hot , fresh and delicious. I always skip out on the fries and ask for more coleslaw and dipping sauce cause I love it so much. I usually get a 6 piece, but tonight I had my hubby with me and we got way more than we could eat in one sitting. This was so we could enjoy the email and then have enough to reheat in our AIRFRYER for the deliciousness all over again. I get so full and about make myself sick on their dipping sauce. YUM! Whenever I crave chicken this is always a win for me. WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!

I don't like leaving a bad review of one of my favorite places but my gf went to pick us up dinner…read moretonight. I got the Caniac combo and had her ask for no slaw extra toast. She also wanted ketchup for her chicken and I had asked for extra sauce. When she got to the window and received the food the girl at the window was very rude. She asked if the extra sauce was in the bag. The girl replied if you ordered it it's in there. Well to that girl we didn't receive the extra toast nor the slaw, so just one piece of toast, the Caniac combo comes with 6 chicken tenders and there was only 5, and she didn't receive her ketchup. So maybe instead of acting rude to customers maybe you should make sure the orders are correct.
