I really thought the kids would love their food, but they just picked at it during the dinner. What kid says no to waffle fries and a hot dog? Apparently the hot dog looked to juicy? lol. My french fry loving son, had no issues with his fries but skipped the chicken nuggets. My poor husband had to polish off whatever was not eaten by our kids after he ate his burger and poutine. I had the plantbased burger and I had no complaints. I will say their pickles are really great on the burger and loved their house sauce that came on it as well. Their fries are on the meatier side and I only ate a couple and passed the rest on to the kids, since the burger was pretty filling on its own. They had toy story playing on the tv in the restaurant. Super cute. It was pretty pricey coming to around $100 after everything was paid out. I'd probably come back for some apps and small bites in the future when visiting in town.

FOOD (3.5/5) I ordered a Spanakopita as a starter and the Double Souvlaki Platter as my entree. The spanakopita came cut in half and the puff pastry was really flaky (and messy!). The filling was good but could've had more to better balance the amount of pastry. My colleague ordered the Zucchini starter which is a bowl of battered and deep fried zucchini slices served with tzatziki on the side. It came piping hot and borderline burned our tongues, so be careful taking your first bites! The portion of this is huge and should definitely be shared. The Double Souvlaki Platter has 2 portions (skewers sans the skewer) of souvlaki, Greek salad, rice, potatoes, and tzatziki. Super classic dish and I think it delivered in most aspects. LOCATION (5/5) From my understanding of Downtown Kingston, Grecos is right on THE main street Princess St and has street parking and a few lots around the area. Don't think it gets any better in location in Kingston. OVERALL (3.5/5) The doorway had several award placards over the last few years and combined with the personal recommendation from a friend, I walked in with high expectations. I think the food and service was good, especially for the value, but did not feel like I walked away amazed. Hi we are regular customers with Harvey 's on the Division Street location in Kingston Ontario…read more They have always left the public washrooms open before and during the pandemic when its was only drive thru only they were still great about having the washrooms open . My husband even thanked the owner because the other restaurants did not allow you to use the washroom but you still could buy the food .We get treated well by the staff my husband says Moe and the two girls both Cathy by name are very good to him with a cheerful attitude. I agree, we only eat at that Harvey's from now on, they have been excellent in customer service to us. They cleaned regularly and follow the guidelines. Thanks all of you from Terry and Andrew.
