Then like today when you complain the supervisor hangs up on you when you tell her the employee is lying. As a supervisor standing up for a lying employee not only was this supervisor disrespectful she looked like a fool. We know the item was missing. That employee should have more for herself. Also beware of buying items mid afternoon or late evening because from my experience and verified from staff they sometimes serve lunch and dinner leftovers in these hours so you are not always getting fresh. If you get food not maintained at the correct temperature you have a chance of food poisoning or the runs. It's unfortunate because we love A&W but this location has its problems.
