So why only 2 stars? Here's why: We have a big backyard that's been overdue for significant cleanup: trimmings, removal of dead trees and dead bushes, etc. We need a 2nd 'green bin', so I placed an order. I was told that the 2nd bin would arrive 'as part of the next trash pickup' (their words). The next pickup...nada. But I cut them some slack that maybe the request didn't make it in time, logistically. 1 week later...still nada, no 2nd bin. This time I check my bill and YEP I'm getting billed for a 2nd bin. I call and effectively get a 'oopsie, the ticket for the 2nd bin was closed. We'll send one out at the next trash pickup.' 1 week later...still nada. This time my wife calls and they make the same claim, but this time give an order number and instructions to get a paper 'waste bag' from Home Depot/Lowes/etc while the bin is on order (note, this isn't feasible because our clippings are long: they fit a green bin but not these small-ish paper bags). 1 week later...still nada. And in the mean time, our clippings pile is getting bigger and bigger because our current yard maintenance is more than 1 bin can handle.

Before they used to put recyclables on the conveyor belt so the exact amount was visible and reflected in the return via receipt. Now they use one of crappy industrial weights, write down the alleged amount on a piece of paper and you get what you get. I took in an amount that had been accumulating for almost a year. Would have amounted to 250-300 dollars via their prior process. Got 185 bucks. Don't waste your time. This place is no longer any better than the rest and they'll try to chisel you.
