It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. During check out me(richard) and my buddy (ahmad) had the pleasure to interact with during check out with (Tony). Prior to the check while in line working the register and who knows if this is part of his job or not but a customer with a trans i think needed a doll pin that was missing and he came over and hammered one in when he could of just said as is to them. Going beyond shows alot, maybe at that time it was small. We had also sparked up a friendly joke and laughed . We then got up to our turn and he looked up all our parts and gave us prices and was totally chill allowing us to figure out if we wanted the parts or not. You could tell he was very busy and doing some hard work all day dealing with customers and what not. It was just his attitude that told me ok great first impression and now you have a customer for life because of that one small interaction. Thanks!!!!

We hoped maybe they could fill it in and paint it over to at least make it look ok. Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem!
