They had the factory cut the rack bars to exact size for my particular make and model, and printed off all necessary instructions making everything extremely easy on me. That was especially nice considering I put all this off until the last second. As far as price, I believe it was about the same as if I bought it online. But those online stores didn't guarantee that it would be cut to exact specifications, or that it would get to me in time for my trip. I highly recommend them!

So I called today and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot, which I didn't appreciate and wanted to know if I had had my air-conditioning running. I'm not a moron I know that it drips, but in a completely different spot from what I'm dripping on my driveway where I've had to put kitty litter down to soak up whatever it is and FYI condensation evaporates AND won't leave a spot!!
