So recently when my wife and I decided to have our carpeted floors replaced with vinyl flooring, the first place we went to was Hernandez Wholesale Flooring. We met with Steven, who did a great job explaining the process. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and patient, and he helped us select the proper flooring for what we were looking for. Steven then put us in contact with Kenny, who helped install our new flooring and oversaw the project. Kenny came to our house the same day we first spoke over the phone and he provided us with a cost estimate and timeline for how many days it would take to complete the project. Once everything was in place, the work began. Kenny and his team did an OUTSTANDING job installing the flooring. His team showed up on time every day, they were extremely friendly, professional and very skilled. They also stayed within the timeframe of how long the job would take, which isn't always the case with this kind of work. After the project was completed, Kenny did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the work he and his team had done. To say that my wife and I are happy with how our floors turned out is an understatement. The final product FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! I think it's because they didn't sand the floors smooth enough - there's swirl marks that you can see when you look closely. I paid for a premium job but that's not what I got.

I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing.
