He even apologized for missing my call, which immediately showed me how much he values his customers. That level of professionalism and care is hard to find these days. When I arrived, James was incredibly informative, friendly, and kind. I came in to replace a broken iPhone screen, and he went above and beyond by replacing the screen, upgrading battery, and fixing the charging port, all in less than 30 minutes! The store is brand new, clean, and very welcoming. They have a nice selection of phone cases, pre-owned phones for sale, and they also repair laptops, computers, and iPads, making it a true one-stop repair shop. While we waited, we relaxed on the comfiest sofa and watched music videos on the TV. The atmosphere was so calm and comfortable that the time flew by. As an added bonus, James even installed a screen protector before handing my phone back! We were so excited to get the phone fixed that we forgot to take a before picture, but here's the amazing after. James clearly knows how to run a business and treat customers with genuine care. If you're looking for fast, honest, and high-quality service, I highly recommend Rapid Mobile Repair. I'll definitely be back if I ever need another repair!

If I had Apple Care, it would've been a $99 deductible. I paid less than that deductible cost alone for Empire to replace my charging port! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend coming here for this, and the charging port isn't something Apple looks at when you trade in a phone. I decided while I was there to get a new battery as well since mine was two years old and only charging to 79% of the original capacity. Cheaper than Apple AND the phone recognizes it as a genuine Apple battery. The technician was friendly, answered all my questions, and finished in less time than quoted. The business was also speedy to reply to my quote request.

I didn't know that I had to reset my phone to get the screen working so I was just stranded without my GPS in an area I did not know when my phone suddenly stopped working after I just paid to get it fixed two weeks ago. I fixed the front screen and the back screen. I somehow made it to their shop and the guy there told me that with the price I paid for the screen, (which he did not tell me until two weeks later when my phone stopped working is not the highest quality) and that this happens sometimes and I can pay $50 more to get a screen where this will not happen . I did say I was just fixing the screen to send my phone in and get an upgrade, but I was not told that this would happen, and it has happened multiple times since then where the screen stops working and I have to restart my phone. So I just think other customers should be aware of this. Definitely pay the extra $50 but that also seems like something they should've communicated when I purchased this.

No call during the wait, no warning, no authorization from me. They had installed a higher quality screen -- described as a technician error. I explicitly could not afford this. That is why I agreed to the $49 option in the first place. I did not request an upgrade. I did not authorize a price change. When I declined, I was asked to either wait longer while they reinstalled the original screen or return the next day. I had already waited 90 minutes and had neither the time nor the money for options I never agreed to. The final amount charged was $22. If this was genuinely an accident, the resolution would have been immediate and the original $49 honored without negotiation. Confirm your price in writing before leaving your device here.

Miguel is real friendly, the service is fast, and the price was fair. Great spot if you need a phone fixed - you can't miss it, right by the door on Rosecrans.

I took it to another shop and they fixed it same day. Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement.

I have never wanted to give a business 0 stars, until now. I called on Saturday and let them know…read moremy Google Pixel 6 Pro screen needed to be replaced and asked if that was something they could do. I got my quote and was told my new screen would arrive Tuesday and they would be able to replace it. I went in to give them the deposit, only for them to call me later that day and say the quote they gave me was wrong. The new quote was 20% more and they would need an additional deposit. I decided to let this go since there were so many great reviews and mistakes happen. Tuesday comes and they let me know the new screen hadn't arrived and that it should be in Thursday. Fine, I already paid the deposit and it was only two days more. The screen arrives and I drop my phone off for the replacement. I was told I could come back in 2 hrs, which I did, but they needed an additional 30 mins. I waited in my car for 30 mins before the guy came out and said the new screen had a defect and he needed more time to work on it. He let me know that the defect may not be something he could fix, but by then, he had already opened my phone and messed it up. My only options were to let him keep working on it or leave with a phone worse off than what I left them with. So I hoped he could fix it, but he was unable to. They offered to reorder the part and to come back Tuesday, but I declined. I was willing to pay the more expensive quote because I appreciate great service, which all these reviews indidcated they had. But that didn't seem to be the case after all the hassle. My phone left Byte Me Wireless worse off than it arrived. I understand the defective screen and the late shipping was out of their control, but those issues combined with the wrong quote and the additional wait time made this a horrible experience.

I agreed and said I would come in on the 8th. A few days later, I messaged to reschedule to the 15th. The owner replied on Yelp that it was fine. On the morning of the 15th, I texted my arrival time a few hours in advance, to which he never replied. I arrived at the shop with my laptop, and the employee working said there was no order for me, which was confusing because the owner had been so communicative. He said he would order the part and it would be there later that week and I agreed to come back. I got a text confirmation with my order number and everything. Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service.
