My stolen iPhone, MacBook, and several other electronic items were tracked to this store. When I…read morearrived, the employee told me that someone had brought the items in the day before to sell them. He accurately described each item and the person who brought them in, which confirmed they were mine. Instead of assisting with recovering the stolen property, I was offered the option to purchase my own items back at an extremely high price. I contacted the police, but unfortunately my items were never recovered. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple people reporting that their stolen devices were also tracked to this same location. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, I strongly encourage others to be cautious and aware before doing business here.

Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement.

I'm confused about what happened here. I requested a quote for a laptop battery replacement and was…read moretold $75 plus tax on the parts, so around $78, which I still think is a good price. I agreed and said I would come in on the 8th. A few days later, I messaged to reschedule to the 15th. The owner replied on Yelp that it was fine. On the morning of the 15th, I texted my arrival time a few hours in advance, to which he never replied. I arrived at the shop with my laptop, and the employee working said there was no order for me, which was confusing because the owner had been so communicative. He said he would order the part and it would be there later that week and I agreed to come back. I got a text confirmation with my order number and everything. Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service.
