Armstrong had no problem using a wheelchair and assist my mom to stand up. They were very professional, accommodating, and reasonably priced. They stayed in communication with me all the time. Unfortunately we didn't get to use them long as my mother passed shortly after we started using Armstrong but I am grateful that they made it easy and affordable for us. The day before the event I get an email saying I need to confirm by 5:00 pm, I call and give my pickup address and respond immediately, and them I'm told "too late, we gave your limo away, and we don't have anymore". So a confirmation means nothing to this company, if they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave you high and dry. They tried to use the excuse "well we were texting you all morning (from an unknown number that went to my spam folder) to try to confirm". Never once was I told that if I don't respond to a text fast enough they'll give my limo away I *paid a deposit for*. If there's any response here, they will likely lie and try to say they had no choice because I didn't respond fast enough to text messages, but this company is run by liars. I have attached all the proof that I responded fast to the email, that I was told I had until 5:00 pm to confirm, that they mention *none* of this in the TOS when I booked. The bottom line, if they can get a better deal, they will screw over their wood be customers.
