I recently purchased another property and didn't know where the water shut off was located. He managed to walk all over my property and find it. He explained to me what he was doing and did not speak to me in a condescending manner which is impressive considering I didn't bother to ask the former owner of my property where the water shut off is located. Great work. Great service. If I have any issues with my sprinkler system in the future I will contact Frank at Sprinklers and Back Flows again. I highly recommend.

Short story is that…read moreHe did a superb job installing our irrigation system with multiple spurs and followed through with quality to the nth degree based upon everything he quoted us. Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does. He also demonstrated to us his commitment to providing a very high level of quality in his finished work. So, if you live in the Snohomish/Everett area and are looking for a quality, no-hassle, irrigation specialist, put Frank at the top of your list. I'm confident you will not be disappointed. Gordon T

Jason was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He's friendly, easy to work with, and always quick to respond to any questions. What impressed me most was his problem-solving mindset. When I mentioned that one of my sprinklers wasn't working well during his first visit for an estimate, he immediately checked it and adjusted it on the spot. It started working again right away, and he didn't even charge me for that quick fix--saving me from having to include it in the quote. Throughout the project, Jason not only completed the repairs thoroughly but also took the time to explain the "why" and "how" behind each step. We had a nightmare large strip of bamboo, along our driveway, and running on top of our underground utilities, which turned out to be buried less deep than legally required. After a year of chopping cables and only making headway on our bank account, not on controlling the bamboo, the other company suggested ripping it out. And then gave us basically a "no bid" and walked away. Calluna's came in, locked in a reasonable bid, outlined the work, reassured us constantly that they were looking forward to getting it done, showed up only a week later, spent only 3 days, carefully hand digging around utilities, then skillfully backhoeing, finally finishing up and cleaning up much better than we could have imagined. Even the neighbors are making positive comments. The driveway strip has never looked better. We have to let it lie fallow for a year while we chase down straggler rhizomes, but it already looks better than it has since we moved in many years ago. The Calluna's bid was very reasonable and they went above and beyond what they outlined in the bid, and were a pleasure to work with. Call them for a bid! You will not regret it!
