I would seldom rate anything this high as there leaves little room for improvement but I must give Christopher and his business 5 stars! Huge job of clearing trees and fallen timber and undergrowth. He did it with precision and in 3 long days with a crew of 4. I could tell his team has great respect for him and a boss and team leader. He is not just barking orders and managing. He shows them by example the bar they need to reach. Fabulous job, Christopher. The property you cleared will see far more sunlight than it has seen in 30 years. The neighbors all love it as do I. Christopher did minimal damage to the yard with his heavy equipment and cleaned up all that he had fallen and much more meticulously! You have my and Therese's utmost respect my friend. We had four trees removed this year. A large Alder in February. Then we scheduled to remove an even larger Willow and have extensive Tree work on several other Trees for the summer. Chris came by a few days before the scheduled visit to plan out the day. The Team came early and were very respectful of the property and our time. One of our gates was narrow but they made it in with their Big Trucks and Lift Bucket. They worked so well together. We asked if they could save a few cuts from the Old Willow, so we could have a Woodworker friend of ours, make some bowls. They provided us with six. The work they did on the remaining trees was phenomonal. Obviously, True Professionals. The team cleaned up so well, it was like they were never there. I was referred to Henry Tree Service by another arborist due to the nature of work we needed. We had tree limbs jeopardizing the power to our house. Henry came to our house and provided a complimentary quote. He was very detail-oriented, capturing pictures for his team and noting the branches that needed to be removed. He provided guidance on what should be addressed now and later. The price was quite fair. His team was AMAZING! On time (which living on the Island tends to be rare), thorough, and made sure we were happy with the results. They brought a chipper and took care of the branches removed right on the spot. They raked up any loose debris, making our place look nicer than before :) I highly recommend this service and plan to use again in the future. read more

Chris and Scott did a truly remarkable job in stabilizing several of our trees on our property in Langley on Whidbey Island. One is a very tall Hemlock that had two multiple tops. They cabled both of those tops to prevent splitting in the future. They also cut back all the dead branches (and there were a ton of them) on the Hemlock leaving in place a nice green canopy for privacy. They also cleaned up and cabled a treasured flowering cherry that was badly leaning to one side. It's now nicely balanced and looking beautiful once again. Lastly they cleaned up everything when they were finished leaving the worksite totally neat and clean. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will definitely hire him for any future tree work we may need. read more

Chris, the owner, and Scott, his associate, did a wonderful job for me on two jobs. The first day they limbed up and pruned more than 100 firs and pines along my property line. They left the work site in a very neat and clean condition after a meticulous clean-up. A very professional job. The second day they turned an over grown grove of large Western Red Cedars and Douglas Firs, located right outside the library bay window, into what could easily be called an arboretum. It creates a spectacular view of really majestic trees from inside the house. Terrific job!! I've already got a date with Chris in the fall to rehabilitate our shrub garden. Henry Tree Service removed some major tree limbs, tidied several trees, and pruned back over-hanging branches on my property yesterday. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team. They were on time, got about their work quickly and efficiently, consulted with me during the project, cleaned up all the extra debris from the trimming, and left me a pile of wood chips and cut wood from my trees. Chris and Scott just went over our place, and it looks better than it ever has. They trimmed a very overgrown 50' hedge and brought the height down a couple of feet, straightened up several Japanese maples, shaped and cleared shrubs on our bank, and pruned some fruit trees. I've worked with Chris before, climbing and pruning some tall Douglas firs, and he really does excellent work: friendly, gentlemanly, and very knowledgeable. And the price was very reasonable.
