We were very worried about drainage and the steepness of the hill for my elderly mother-in-law. Custom Scapes was timely, reliable, and detail oriented. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Admittedly, the path is a little steep for my mother-in-law to descend without assistance, but that is the fault of the terrain and not the company. They started our project right on time, even when we still had snow on the ground, and they didn't complain at all!
