Recently I've seen that it has grown in popularity , so I decided to finally see what it is all about . This was a busy Friday night with lots of people coming. I had no idea the wait time would be that long so we just presented in person. I like the vibe and ambiance here. They have a live DJ playing in the back and sports on the television . Customer service needs room for improvement . Body language, communication both were sub par. Facial expression and the way I got handed the food was received with an attitude . Like I'm the one waiting and paying for the food. Almost felt like they were projecting their feelings towards me. I ordered a burger with side of fries, 10 piece wing(Cajun/lemon pepper). Fries tasted old and dry. Wings were ok. I just feel like I've had better. Burger was more bread than meat. I like the kool aid, sweet but not crazy sweet . For $28 i expected much more . An underwhelming experience. The pros fit this place would be seating, lots of seating, local memorabilia. Cons: food and customer service.

We waited nearly an hour for half of a Philly cheesesteak and some chicken wings before finally requesting a refund and leaving. While we were there, almost no food came out of the kitchen, and nearly every table was just waiting. The restaurant itself also felt dirty. The music and atmosphere were nice, but that wasn't enough to make up for the experience. I tried to offer constructive feedback while getting my refund, but it didn't seem like management was interested in improving the customer experience. I was told everything is "made to order," as if that alone justified the excessive wait. I don't buy that. Good leadership and an efficient kitchen can produce fresh food without making customers wait an hour for basic street food. Unless you have a lot of time to spare, I'd recommend going somewhere else. I genuinely hope they make some changes because the place has potential. 1 Table With Food...barely - no lies in my review. However, the seasoning that they put on their food is so flavorful.. it's not salty, so you really can use a lot if you want too. This is another establishment, that I've never actually physically been to and that doesn't take away from my experience. I usually have it delivered to my house via DoorDash/ UberEats , and they never seem to disappoint. My favorite is the PTs special, comes with a fried pork chop, catfish fillet, fried chicken and fries . This time around I had ordered some of the seasoning on the side. I will be honest and say I was very disappointed in the condiment size cup that was given for $5!!! I get it , the seasoning is amazing but $5 for cup that's used to hold tartar sauce is robbery. My last order I did receive chicken that was the size of a condiment mini cup , but I still enjoyed it . Overall , i really enjoyed my meals and plan to continue to keep giving my hard earned money to them lol .. I highly recommend this business...
