I was pretty impressed how they stand by their product. I ordered 4 trees from them and out of…read morethose 3 survived and one died. They asked for some proof and then, within just 1 week replaced the product. In the past, other nurseries would tell me to wait 6-8 weeks to see if the tree revives. Of cpurse that meant keeping a dead tree in my yard for a few month and then they would ask me to mail it in! Often it was a large tree and mailing it would be a hassle not to mention quite pricey. Pixies Gardens take complaints within first two weeks and actually issue replacement. The remaining 3 trees are thriving. Shipping was fast, packaging great and quality of the trees is excellent.

Purchased an artificial plant from them several weeks ago through their website. The plant I…read morereceived was not as advertised. It was shown with a decorative pot and clearly stated to be appropriately 18" tall. The plant that I received was 24" tall and the pot was not as shown, different size and no decoration. Tried numerous times to contact them both by phone ( they never answer and their mail box was always full) and emails. They did acknowledge my emails by return emails stating that they would get back to me but never did. All I wanted to do was to return the plant but never received the information to do so. I would not buy anything from them through their website. If you go in person you may get what you want but don't trust them otherwise. Very unprofessional and unethical business.

I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Very regretful I proceeded with ordering from here.
