I had to call and by chance it was arriving that Friday for delivery. We had a damaged corner piece and it has been a few months and still no communication from them of when or if it's being delivered. I'm sure they are hoping it'll just slide under the table and disappear. Um nope not for what I paid I'm not having a hole in my sofa that you put in there. I guess since they make all their money from the county business us peons don't matter. Very disappointed because I was trying to support local businesses.

We had issues with part of our order that wasn't any fault of their own, but they went above & beyond to take care of us even months after our order was completed. Their showroom may seem small, but they have other stores & will order from their suppliers when possible to help you find the style you are looking for. Their local delivery fee is very reasonable, they are competitively priced & everyone on their staff were polite & helpful during multiple encounters we had with them. Consistent, caring service is very rare today, but they go above & beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We highly recommend Sanders Furniture.

I had seen this desk on Facebook and came out to Jefferson to buy it, they showed me the floor model, let me make sure it was what I wanted, and then prepared a brand new one in box for me to take home. The employees even helped us load it into our van, it was a perfect fit. We had a chance to talk to them a bit and they have a lot of great inventory and deals, with new stock coming in frequently. If something is damaged the price reflects it, and they always note it on the tag. I was impressed with the quality and solid build of the furniture, no plywood particle board here. I am so happy with my new desk and will definitely return in the future for more well-made furniture! They also have bedding, mattresses, and some clothing racks if interested. I will honestly never work with any Farmers Furniture store again once I'm done paying off my loan…read more They are rude, the products are overpriced, and if you are more than a day late on a payment you get a call every single day. Even if you explain you get paid in a couple days they still call. The reason I decided to share this, is because my most recent payment was late (I have a newborn, COVID is a mess, we are struggling) and of course I got called every day. I explained that we would be able to pay for 2 months if they could give me until Friday (4 days away) but I was told (by who I think is the manager) to ask someone to borrow the money. I was also threatened with a court summons. Of course, I already had one court summons when I was 10 days late AFTER speaking with a girl and being told that I could pay that Friday I received a summons in the mail on Wednesday and had to go to the courthouse and go through this whole ordeal. It has been the worse loan/lease arrangement I have ever been involved with and I wouldn't even buy a chair from here at this point. Just save yourself the stress.
