We both have different beds we like and try to…read morecompromise and find one we both like but then we end up getting toppers and other things to make it just right. I also had back surgery a few years back and I am more picky and tHen add we both have different sleeping positions and finding a bed is a complex and expensive adventure. So on a random thought we said let's just go and see what sleep number is about. We lucked out and had Tina walk us though the beds, how they work, the fact that if something should go wrong with them parts of the bed and air chambers are replaceable. What you mean not a whole new bed but can possibly fix what is wrong. So we spent a couple of hours with Tina and walked out with a new bed ordered and new pillows in hand. Tina alone I would rate 5 stars. She is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, funny and answers all questions you have. The delivery of the bed was long. We ordered in February and it didn't come till may. It would be nice to get it a bit sooner than 3 months. We have had the bed for about a month bow and love it. We each have our own setting and I know I am sleeping more through the night and wake up less We have the pillows and the sheets along with the duvet cover. All are very good. I have had to rework my pillow and it was easy. It wasn't right for me but seems like my current one is I would recommend checking them out, see if you can talk to Tina and decide if the bed is right for you.

They set it up and showed me how to work it. They demonstrated the light under the bed. On 5/3/19 I called sleep number to let them know that I think the bed wasn't set up right. After one technician put the magnets on, the other one said that he put them in the wrong place and changed 2 of them. I also told her the light under the bed does not work like it is supposed to. It is supposed to go off when I get in the bed and it is supposed to go off 10 minutes after getting out of the bed. I then told her that I tossed and turned all night and was unable to stay in the bed the 2nd night. She told me the light was a manufacture issue and that I need to give the bed at least 7 nights to learn how I sleep and it would get better. I told her that the bed in the store was way more comfortable than the bed I received. She said that is because people try it out and it is used. On June 4th at 3:00 in the morning, I was on live chat with a sleep number representative. I told her the bed doesn't change when I move like it is supposed to. She told me that the bed only adjusts in 1 hour- increments. I told her I don't move once per hour and that is not what the video says. She said that they just did a baseline, it can take 7 days to correct the bed so if it is not working right now there is not a lot we can do until that 7 days is up. I told her I am unable to stay in the bed, it makes my hips hurt and I have never had issues with my hips. On 6/26/19 I called and told them I wanted to return the bed. They set a date of 7/5/19 to pick it up and told me that I still owe $4128.62 on the bed and it would be a $199.00 pickup fee. I asked why do I still owe $4128.62 and I was told that the base of the bed is a final sell and they do not take it back. I was never told this in the store. I had to sign papers for final sales on the bedding and pillow, but did not realize that I also signed a paper for the frame. They told me there would be a box in the mail to convert the frame so it will work with another mattress and a new remote. They picked the bed up on 7/5/19. The technician told me they sent the wrong supplies, they sent supplies for an older model. I told the technician they need to fix the light under the frame. She fixed it by disconnecting it, so it no longer works. They did not fix the frame to work with other mattresses because they did not have the proper materials. They told me to drill holes in the frame so I could place the mattress holder on the frame. I asked about the remote, they told I could just use the app on my phone and they were going to take the remote. I told them I paid for the remote. They told me to keep the old one because it is the same as the new one and there was no need to have to set up the new one, and they took the new one. They had me sign stating they picked up the mattress and left. The app worked while they were there, that evening I tried to use the app to work the base and I no longer had access to log in. I was only able to sleep in the bed for 3 full nights. The rest of the time I had to get up and go to the recliner, which was more comfortable. My average sleep score was 44. Sleep score is different from sleep number IQ. My sleep number IQ was 35, that is the level of firmness of the mattress. The average sleep score of 44 demonstrates the level of quality sleep, not good! One morning while lying in bed at 6:30, I checked the app to see how it said I slept. The app said that I slept from 9:00 to 6:45 with a score of 11. I didn't sleep until 6:45 because it was only 6:30 at the time. This bed was a total disappointment and I feel that I was scammed with having to keep the very expensive base.

We came to buy beds , and a freezer. It kinda sucked with the prices. We didn't get a big discount and it felt like they just wanted to sell us the stuff without trying to make it comfortable . We purchased over $16,300 worth of furniture with the $1,000 discount. And they only gave a speaker as a gift . They also charged us about $130 for delivery. We decided to get our couch and a dinning table at Costco cause they have much better deals. don't know if we will be coming back, but at least we know and can share our experience at this place with someone else. Maybe it's just us, but it felt like a loss for my mom . We also purchased some beds and once, we received half of the furniture (that we had to come pick up) one of the mattresses had a huge hole on it. I don't understand why they tried to sell that to us in such a condition . Just throwing this out there. Make sure you check every piece of your furniture that you buy here, it might surprise what you will find.

We were told no, its on sale because it has cosmetic damage. Well, we pick the couch up on Sunday evening, get it home and put it in the living room. What do we see tonight? B E D B U G S!! The "BRAND NEW" couch is INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! So we get to spend our Tuesday night moving the heavy couch out, and washing EVERYTHING in our house and trying to avoid an infestation in our home. FARMERS, WE EXPECT A FULL REFUND, AND A GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL COVER ANY COSTS INCURRED TO US FOR BEDBUG INFESTATION!!! YOU SOLD US THIS COUCH UNDER FALSE PRETENSES BECAUSE UNLESS YOUR STORE IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS, AND THEREFORE ALL FURNITURE YOU SELL, THERE IS NO WAY THIS COUCH WAS BRAND NEW!
