I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. Croft's pinpointed the issue right away and fixed it when Pepboys couldnt. Ever since then, I now go to Crofts for the yearly inspection and when I recently purchased a Used car, I had Crofts look at it for an inspection. It seemed like Croft knew my car inside and outside. I scheduled an oil change at E-Motive Performance and Auto Repair after extensive searching and praying to God for a mechanic I could take my car to regularly. I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. As a woman, this type of professionalism is invaluable to me! It's just a small shop in the middle of nowhere and I got the best service I have ever had in comparison.
