The person running the cash register was then running over to rinse the cars. Yes, a one man show. While I felt bad for the person, they were allowing the folks to get through on the automated line (those with a membership or paying by card) to totally gyp the line, cutting in front of those paying with cash. The cash paying line just sat there. The person got to busy to stop rinsing and collect cash, plus the line of people coming through the automated line was endless. They use to be a good deal. Scott would put discount coupons in The Clipper where you could get the top car wash for $5 off. The new owners are charging much more per wash and no discounts AND trying to push everyone towards a subscription which is equal to 2 full price washes or $40. This would all be worth it if the car came out clean. Your going to have to wash the bugs and bird turd off yourself!
