I went to your location today for an oil change. Location is 3600 North 5th Street Hwy, Reading, PA 19605 I pulled in and people were nice, they started on my vehicle and luckily they DID NOT empty the oil. I was told by the lead female tech that, "THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION FOR OIL" Which was the VERY expensive oil for a total of $101.99 I told he no that I wanted conventional oil, she stated again the this oil was MY ONLY CHOICE, or I COULD GO NEXT DOOR AND BUY MY OIL. I do not recommend this place for any kind of service. Went for an oil change $99. Vehicle was running in shop without ANY issues. Five different employees worked on or had been around my car. Changed ol filter, oil, topped off coolant and air filter. ($145) I left the shop and proceeded to run errands 2-3 hours. When I returned home and unloaded my car, my daughter and I decided to run for dinner. I noticed a puddle under my car it was oil. Looking into it the oil was coming from my oil filter. I was able to tighten it a bit more to minimize the leak. I ran picked up 3 qts of oil from dollar general (all they had) I called the Shane the location manager and explained the situation. I was given a half off coupon. I started my car up and there was a loud knocking coming from the oil pan. The leak had not stopped, and i changed the oil filter after a fight getting the leaking one off. It was cross threaded. Sent pics and video of the leak. I was told they would investigate the matter and get back to me. 2 days later I was told they would do nothing ad that it was pre-existing. When asked if I could see the video, I was denied. Also do yourself a favor and look up reviews. There are other locations that have had the same issue. well I have a newer Hyundai sonata I chose to take it here for an oil change because Hyundia couldn't get me in soon enough , 150 bucks later completely outraged , customer service was fine but their pricing is a rip off !
