Everyone else gave us quotes for what they wanted to sell us, not what we wanted. Tim gave us great information on the unit and he knew the rebates that were available. We'll definitely use Tim for future projects, its really nice to find a person who knows what they are doing and goes the extra mile to help people in need.

Things had gotten to this state because I had gone through a couple of other contractors that were either bad actors, or incompetent. I reached out to Tim to see if it was possible to salvage something out of this mess and actually complete the work. The first positive I noticed is Tim was able to communicate clearly exactly what we needed to do- before we could start work, once we started what needed to be fixed moving forward etc...The nature of the project and the state things were in meant this was an expensive project but the pricing estimates TSD provided were always accurate and there were never any surprises. It took some time due to having to go through multiple corrections on the work of previous contractors, but as I am writing this we have finished the project and passed all inspections. To get here not only did they have to do excellent work but they also repeatedly handled inspectors that were extra vigilant and occasionally hostile due to the the issues with the project we had before hiring TSD. The quality of the work done by TSD is also outstanding, not only did they get us through the nightmare stage on the project but our remodeled basement came out beautiful, particularly their work on the bathroom and custom cabinets. If you are looking for a contractor in the Sacramento area i can't recommend TSD Construction highly enough. They came through for me on a project I was starting to doubt I'd ever finish, and Tim professional and honest throughout the entire process.

We were also recommended to having the roof soft washed. At first, my husband wasn't very interested in the soft wash idea. That changed after he saw them cleaning one of our neighbor's roofs and how great it looked! I honestly didn't realize just how filthy our roof was. We've lived here for two years, and my husband said it looked like the roof had never been cleaned. I was able to convince him to go ahead with the soft wash, and we are so happy with the results! The difference is amazing. The poor guy spent 4-5 hours washing the roof, while also cleaning all the gunk that came off onto the house and yard. After the washing was done, the repair crew came out and took care of the roof repair. We're very happy with the end result and so glad we gave the house a shower! It made such a difference, and our roof looks so much better now.
