Wow... what a way to run a business... Ordered a door mirror (Supposed "A" condition part) from A and B Auto Parts this past Monday via their website and had it shipped to my office in Dublin. Not only did the mirror show up today with several gouges and scrapes, but also a rather large-sized crack in the painted portion of the cap. I called to see what could be done about it and they said that they would refund me if I shipped it back, but that "I would have to eat the shipping cost" (approx. cost $25) despite the fact that there is dirt within the crack itself (proving that it was cracked before it was pulled from the vehicle) The only other solution I was given was for them to refund me $25 for the condition of the part if I planned on keeping it. How are you going to refund me $25 if I keep it, but won't refund me $25 for shipping the part back to you due to YOUR carelessness? $25 = $25. Common logic must not be prevalent at this place and for that reason alone, I highly recommend not doing business with them. What is even more aggravating is the fact that the lady that answered the phone stated that, "I packed this part up and shipped it out myself and there is no way I would have had I noticed the things you've pointed out" (paraphrased) If you are reading the reviews of this company, hopefully you take heed and steer clear of this place as I should have done. bought a transmission two weeks ago and it was supposed to come two my shop and I'm still waiting for it and everytime I call there's a reason why it can't be delivered then they don't call you to give you updates so your just waiting and they do nothing to fix it but they don't have a problem taking your money tho smh sad watch who you spend your money with read more

I needed a transmission for my mom's car. A 09 Lacrosse. I am a weekend mechanic. I searched for a low mileage one. They had one with 52k miles. I ordered it over the phone and they had it pulled by the end of day. I picked it up next morning and the yard is really nice. Well organized and the counter area is clean and well lit. Everyone was super friendly. The yard looks clean and organized as well. They also had some really nice used cars. I got a free calendar and two pens! The transmission was in really good shape and drive and shifts perfectly, like a new one. I am really happy I chose them. They also had it for a very fair price. They had a plate installed to hold in torque converter and they left all the important parts on the trans and there was no damage which made installation a breeze! read more

These people do business very poorly they lie as part of their policy. I purchased an engine from them that they said had 54,000 miles on it. It was very clean but had likely been cleaned. I installed it and it burned oil, 1 quart every 1,000 miles. I did a carfax on the VIN on the receipt and it had 184,000 miles on the donor vehicle when it was wrecked. I returned the engine and they charged me a 50% restock fee because the engine ran and they did not cover excessive oil useage. read more

I love how convenient and affordable this company is. I had a broken taillight on my Subaru and searched for salvage yards in my area. Not only were they the cheapest but the service and quality of the part was more than what I could ask for out of a "junk yard". This place is horrible . I just recently bought a transmission for a gtp. Once installed it was leaking horribly . The transmission had a crack in it and when I contacted them they asked if I had a certified mechanic install it . Hello I was trying to save money but I did take it to my certified mechanic location they advised me it was installed properly the transmission was no good . I just read another review they are definitely not stand up ppl . I will be going to social media sites seeking more ppl done dirty by this company . I advise anyone and everyone to not spend a dime here . I bet money not all their mechanic pullers are certified mechanics at all . read more

My son stopped in to get a wheel hub dust cover , I have been in their yard and know for a fact they have at least 20 trucks he could get one off of. Girl behind the counter told him they did not have one, I called and she tried to tell me the same thing until I told her I was just there last week and they have plenty of them. So now she wants to charge me $25 yard fee to go get one.This is a $6 part brand new but they want to charge $25 just to walk out the back door and knock one off with a kick or a tap with a hammer. I will NEVER go to this yard again. read more
