If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

The visit felt uncomfortable and somewhat disconnected, with very little direct communication, which made the experience feel dismissive. During the original service, a handheld gel curing light was used directly over my nails and the heat became very uncomfortable. I didn't realize until after I left that they did not do my cuticles, usually what all nail salons do before putting on the acrylic. I told them (the older woman and gentleman) about the cut and they put Neosporin on it which was nice. The woman (the mom) did my nails and she was super nice, I just wish the quality was better. The older gentleman was super kind too. Their pricing was also odd, I went on their website before going and was charged $55 for my full set & $35 for the spa pedicure with a total of $90. I didn't question her as maybe the prices changed and they did not update their website. She also kept changing the prices (like three times) in person when I was about to pay. When I got into my car I looked at my nails and the underneath of my nails still had acrylic bumps that usually other salons make sure that it's filed out. I also noticed that since she did not have me wash my hands before applying the acrylic, there were bumps in the nails and some lines (photos provided) I am sad because I was super excited to try this place and spend my Mother's Day here but would not recommend and will not be going back.

There would be dipping powder still around my nails and I would have to ask for oil to rub on my cuticles. I think I stayed because I was too overwhelmed to find another salon since there are so many. I mostly stayed because of the girl that did my pedi's, she was great. My daughter was visiting and she happened to go to Bella Nails and said how good they were, (she's extremely picky), I thought what the heck, my old salon won't miss me. Helen got me right in and was so grateful I came in. She showed more appreciation in 1 min., than my last salon ever showed. I understand why one customer said Helen was running around, it's because she is constantly getting things for pedicures to assure the towels are hot, and the rocks for massaging are the right temp. She is a very busy woman and is a hard worker, I didn't find her rude at all. I had a great pedicure, very gentle and did a great job. She also did my dipping nails, and WOW, she is so detailed.
